No updated television. Breakfast was instant oatmeal

The room had a weird smell. Some of the lights wasn’t working. The staff wasn’t trying to hear anything when explaining the issues. The microwave was dirty and there were critters in the room. When I mentioned it they said that I let them in the room. No a whole baby tarantula was in there and that was not good. Breakfast wasn’t presentable therefore I walked away without eating. I most likely would not be returning to this hotel.

Staff was very friendly and willing to help. Beds not so comfortable, felt like you were going to roll off the side constantly. There was hair in the bathroom which really grossed me out

The pool was the only reason we liked it Notes everywhere saying you’ll be kicked out, very strict vape and smoke policy’s

Cost extra to stay for a late checkout and breakfast unsatisfactory for a Continental breakfast.

By the seafood restaurant They way it look the walls was dirty and people were arguing outside our window

We didn’t study and they still haven’t refunded Me my money Cleanliness it was big cockroaches outside

It was clean and nice, however the door to the bathroom didn't shut right. It looked like someone kicked the door in. There was paint missing on the bottom.

Location was great Staff is not very helpful at night, room could use a deep cleaning and minor maintenance.

The breakfast only had yogurt, and bread. The one day and the other nothing was out.

The bed was not level. When I told them they knew about it and still sold a room like this

A little outdated, could use a face lift.

The room smelled awful The bed needs to be updated. The mattress sank in the middle and was very squeaky. The rooms in general need to be updated. There were no chairs in the room. It offered complimentary breakfast and when my husband went down to get coffee they were all out and did not refill any of the coffee or breakfast items. Other Customers were outside our room partying and smoking weed. Had no courtesy for people sleeping.

The accessibility. Bed super comfy No small table and chairs to sit on. Had to always sit on the bed. They should advertise very light continental breakfast
