Beautiful hotel! Perfect location near food and shopping.

I had a problem with the property not being clean. The staff tried to make it right. We were first moved to another room which smelled really bad. We got switched back to our original room. The manager changed the bedding, She failed to change the stain duvet cover We ended up taking the cover completely of the bed.

We checked in . Tuesday at 4pm. Went to dinner. Came back after baseball game , all was good . Woke up there was toilet discharge in tub. It’s gross. . They were fixing someone else’s room & ovenite it backed up into ours. . We called front desk . We had to go to another room 3 floors down to take a shower , that was awful

Went into the room and the ceiling in the bathroom leaked over the toilet. The maintenance gentleman did the best he could to clean up and make it as comfortable for us during our stay.

We stayed two nights in this hotel attending an event. The room was clean and very spacious but we did not like it overlooking the indoor pool as we had to keep our curtains closed all the time and turn on the lights during the day. I don’t understand why we were given this particular room when most of the hotel was empty during our stay. Also, on arriving the front desk insisted that they did not have our reservation. I booked this hotel a week before the trip and had all the paperwork with the booking confirmation. It took long to get checked it after they finally found the reservation. This should not happen and this is something Expedia should be looking into especially because we encountered the same issue in the other hotel during the same trip.
