Economy Hotel Marietta

Broken door that had to be fixed. Tv remote didn’t work and few channels on the tv. No amenities. Staff was very friendly and helpful when problems arose.

Nothing, I've complained ana complained about this hotel and I need my request answered, no one will never get in contact with me, I was charged by this hotel and I never spent one minute in a hotel room there, Ok on this day my girlfriend and I came there to check in and the clerk on duty gave us a room key and asked us to go check out the room to see if it was something we wanted, OK so we proceed to find this room but we walked and walked and never could find the room she told us to go check it , so we went back to the office and told her we never found the room, so she offered us another room and we immediately refused the offer. So I then felt something wasn't right about this and I asked her to be sure im not charged for this and she immediately told us no because she never checked us in, OK we immediately left the hotel, So I still didn't feel good about the way we were treated so we drove back to this hotel to questioned the clerk again but she was gone for the day, so I asked the second shift front office clerk to make sure we are not charged for a stay here because we never spent a minute in a hotel room here plus we could never find that room in questioned, OK the clerk then looked in the computer and immediately answered there would ot be a charge because we never did a check in on us , I was never given a receipt or anything showing this so we left the hotel, So now I need my full refund because we were lied , treated very poorly and charged for a hotel room that we never located or spent a minute in this was a scam , I have reached out in every way possible to recover my losses and to receive my full refund and no one there has answered my calls , texts, email not even a return phone call. I was scammed by this hotel and I've sent countless times trying to cover my loose and no one has ever even answered me back , this is very bad for business and I would love to here from at least someone to dicuss this matter plus the way we were treated, tied to by the staff and they charged me for a room we never even looked in, this is crazy please contact me ASAP. Nothing it was pure hell

no wifi, no fitness room, no complimentary breakfast. When attempting to checkout, before 8am, office was closed, had to contact corporate office to let them know that I left. There was no comforter on the bed, just a sheet.

Roaches AC didn't blow

Staff did not seem to care for their job, we were handed a piece of paper with 3 different room numbers & told to go physically check them before picking one. Upon checking the rooms, they were filthy with roaches and the doors were left open so anyone could have entered prior to us. The bed accommodations did not match what we had booked and the pictures on the website are nothing like the property. People of all natures are walking about the whole time, there was yelling from the neighbors next door. not a place to stay with children.

Nothing It was nasty and they were selling drugs in the lobby

I wouldn't send anybody there. That's not a hotel thats the projects. When I got there I was told to pick a room the first room I went to the door was kicked in I pushed it open with out using the key it was dirty used condom on the bed and all. Couldn't get in the room. Went back to front desk on my way police was just sitting in the parking lot posted in the parking lot while I was on the phone with consumer service there was a argument between tenants. Went back to the front desk because they wasn't answering the phone for anybody police doing a report at the front desk. Just a normal day in the projects.

I did not stay there, even trying to get in was dirty. I just get out and diside to go to another hotel. Also, the type of people and the way they look at us was very uncomfortable. I don’t stay not 10 mins and just get out.

This place is so unkept and very very badly maintained. Looks like a motel. I didn’t have to stay there. I do not recommend.

Absolutely nothing. The best part was leaving very early in the morning to forget about the place. I paid 51 dollars for a room that had no refrigerator, no air conditioning, no tv, no comforter on the bed, no door to the bathroom, shattered glass on the window, some kind of weird oil all over the floor that the roaches seemed to enjoy. I could even keep going about the horrible conditions but you get the point. I reserved a two bed room but was told they had overbooked and an un renovated room was all that was left. I didn't sleep at all because it was so hot.

I would never book here again. Roaches were everywhere and it was nasty
