Super clean rooms and bathrooms

Clean room overall and comfortable bed. The AC system could use an update and update on furniture and appearance in lobby would be a nice welcome. Otherwise, everyone there was courteous and helpful.

The room was run down. Hair dryer did not work, and very rusty. We told the staff at the front desk and he says as soon as they are aware, they usually try to fix things. He also stated, they are starting renovations. I really do hope for their sake it will be done very soon.

I booked a jacuzzi room. The Jacuzzi didn’t work I informed staff a member one, tried to come and fix it and said she didn’t know what was going on and told me the manager would come help. He never came. When I went to the front desk, the manager said he would refund me my money for the Jacuzzi, not working. That didn’t happen and I’m not, that was the whole reason for me booking here in the first place

Very clean room and hotel. Front office staff was very attentive and accommodating. I had a delayed grocery order and had to leave and they received it, put it in my room, evening put the cold items in the fridge.

Helpful staff and clean room

This hotel is in need of a fresh update. The moment I walked into the lobby I was hit with an overwhelming smell of canned air freshener. The staff was polite. The room was very old/outdated compared to most hotels I’m used to. Bed was moderately comfortable. Bathroom fixtures were old/outdated and the wall paper in the room was literally peeling off the walls. My biggest complaint was that my hotel room key was deactivated early the day of checkout (before we checked out). I went to get some breakfast around 8:45 am and when I tried to re-enter my room, the card was deactivated. I planned to use the fitness center that morning, around 9 am, but couldn’t because my card to enter the fitness center was deactivated…. Will not be staying there again.
