The location can't be beat. We called the front desk for two things and both were responded to very quickly. The overnight parking rate is reasonable and very easy to use with in and out priveledges. Just don't bring a big vehicle.

Governor's Club is amazing. Friendly and helpful staff and bartenders, delicious food and excellent drinks. Room was clean. Hallways were clean, but smelled musty. We were told there were some water issues, but the hotel did have fans to dry the carpet in the hallway. Overall wonderful stay, great location and excellent staff. We will definately return.

The staffs are nice. The location is very good.

The shuttle driver was excellent, he went out of his way to make my wife feel good.as she has difficulty walking. Again he is excellent.

Wonderful hotel. Check in was quick and easy. The parking garage was wonderful and so convenient. The floors are beautiful and my room was so spacious. I enjoyed the pool, which was a fantastic temperature. I really loved the extra security of needing to scan a room key to get to any floor that has rooms, especially as a solo female traveler. The vending machines were so convenient as was the Starbucks in the lobby. Highly recommend!

The Madison Concourse is a nice hotel one block off the square. It is clean and nice, but nothing fancy either...
