MainStay Suites Madison Airport

The staff member at the desk was very nice and polite. The room (301) was disgusting. The brown carpet in the room looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in years. The room had a stale smell to it and I didn't want to touch anything in there! I checked out of the room immediately, not even 20 minutes later! That particular room is also a handicapped accessible room, which I had not asked for but was told they didn't have any other rooms. They charged me over $600. for one night and refused to refund my money when I complained about the condition of the room causing me to loose the money because I refused to stay in such a nasty room. Please beware!

Pretty plain and generic. A bit of an odd space, but clean, with a friendly staff.

Very clean. The property is more like an extended stay hotel but that wasn't a problem. It's clean, and convenient to the airport

Thin walls, could hear every doorstep above me. Bed was too soft. On the positive side the workers were friendly, the breakfast was decent, good location.

This hotel was barely adequate. Everything seemed very cheap including breakfast. Was very run down and not kept well. The area of town is fine but actually did not feel safe with the staff. They gave off a very strange vibe and seemed to follow around and spy on guests?!?! I really would not recommend this hotel-there are better options within a 1 mile radius.

There was no soap in the bathroom. To wash my hands I had to get shower gel out of the bath tub.

The breakfast was fine. It had the regular meal items. It was open a 6:30 am. We like that because we want get onto the road quickly.

Clean and spacious suites. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was eggs, sausage, waffles and cereal.

Room is big and spacious, we can cook food in our room! Breakfast was great! Nothing

All was clean, room, breakfast area.

Main counter worker was very friendly. There was no conditioner to use, toilet was broken, and we had insanely noisy upstairs neighbors.

Nice room, wonderful front desk help from start to finish, yummy breakfast of waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurts, breads, fruit, juices, coffee. Small pool and hottub area but very clean and perfect for our crew of 13 family. The gentleman that we dealt with at the front desk was same for afternoon/evening and morning. He was awesome.
