Speedy check -in. Polite, professional staff

They put us in room 203. It has a different, very noisy AC unit that constantly turns on/off and does not cool and dehumidify well. It is very moist there, huge amount of mold is growing on ceiling. We had a reservation next week at this hotel, canceled it and will never stay at this hotel again.

typical breakfast. older building, but pretty nice updates, just need more. This is an older building. The company needs to work to improve additional outlets, usb/usbc (only one portable bank outlet on one side of bed). This is inconvenient for a couple with multiple bedside requirements. Another "shortcut" the shower has liquid shampoo and conditioner but not soap - old-style little soaps - why not just put the third liquid dispensor in? It is like the remodel just stopped short and the misses are low-cost items!

We stayed here for several days, so it started feeling like home. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was delicious and convenient. Everything seemed to go very well and perfectly on our visit.

The price was reasonable and the room was clean. Breakfast was fair.

The hotel was clean and quiet. Front desk staff were very nice and gave some restaurant ideas. The only thing we did not care for was the height of the beds. They were kind of difficult to get into because they were so high. That could be a problem for older adults or children.

Our room was quite clean and refreshing when we got in. The staff was very helpful and available. The free breakfast had several options including 2 waffle irons, eggs, cereal, etc.

The room was comfortable and quiet with good amenities. Unfortunately, the check in experience was so unpleasant that it tainted my entire trip and was genuinely anxious about leaving my room because I didn't want to have another interaction with the front desk. No guest, or person, should be treated the way she treated me and other guests. Hospitality starts with how guests are treated and this experience fell far short of basic courtesy. It's disappointing that the service at the front desk left a lasting negative impression. I have to visit this area frequently, but I will make sure I never go back to this hotel again.
