This hotel is convenient to shopping and restaurants… Staff is very kind and friendly, mattress and pillows are yummy too! Great day, we will be back!

Booked this place to take the kid back. The room was decent the linens looked and smelled clean and the breakfast was pretty good. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not very clean. I asked the front desk to reclean the tub and they did but the bathroom was just not clean I assume because these rooms aren't used much

The air conditioner is LOUD and I couldn’t adjust temperature or fan settings, not turn it off. We didn’t sleep well because of the noise.

The check in was the issue. After I had booked and prepaid the stay through Hotels, the receptionist was trying to make me pay again at a higher rate. I showed her the receipt and all. She finally gave me a room key after ten minutes waiting. It was very inconvenient. She also told me I couldn’t charge anything to the room as if I asked or tried to. I will pay for whatever I ask for but I’m not redoing what should’ve been and easy check in.

The ONLY thing we did not like was the shower. It did not drain well and quickly filled with water.

Hotel was in a good location and price was great for Lynchburg VA Hotel was dated and the bathtub was older and gross, the mini fridge did not work correctly, and the beds are very hard

The hotel and staff were amazing! The only issues that we had was that some of the breakfast food was not hot. The food was excellent just not more than warm. Other than that, the room was spacious and beds were very comfortable.

Perfect location for what I was doing. Rooms were nice breakfast was wonderful No one ever came to clean our room. No one took out the trash we had to do ourselves. We had to keep asking for our own towels and washcloths. That part I did not appreciate
