It was extremely noisy

Food served in the lounge was very yummy (fish and chips was lovely), very cosy restaurant. Bed was comfortable. Reception staff very helpful and sorted my local taxis for me Only had a few channels on the TV possibly due to signal in remote area.

Great location for visiting Louth. We were given directions for a fabulous walk for our dog Bedroom was I need of a spruce. Bathroom floor in particular around the sink needs a good clean

Excellent location, although the room was very clean and comfortable it seemed a little tired and could have done with a little updating. I was there for two nights and had one stone cold shower and one Luke room shower and this was early morning. I did mention this at reception and as a good will gesture gave me my small breakfast. The service was excellent and staff very professional, I would definitely stay there again. Thank you. Only what I have previously mentioned, other than the cold shower I was very satisfied with my stay.

Breakfast was acceptable. Have stayed here a few times before, mainly due to its proximity to race track and the car park being able accommodate car with trailer. They do a free drink voucher if guests forgo housekeeping during their stay. Comfortable restaurant and room. Nice outside terrace for drinks. Towels and bath mat all stained. Reception lady went to laundry to replace them and admitted she had needed to check a few before finding a properly clean set. Apologies offered. Seem to be skimping a bit on the very pricey breakfast. Not the same quantity or quality we had been served on previous visits. No chopped fresh fruit to have with yoghurt only fruit bowl to prep your own. Had to top up our own coffee at the bar, previously waitress brought jug to table regularly. Just little things but for the price the standards should be kept high.

Good location for me to visit friends and relatives who live in Louth, Grimsby and Cleethorpes Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. I’ve stayed a number of times now so I like it a lot. Breakfast was included in my rate but I wouldn’t pay for it separately. Do it yourself machine coffee, limited buffet. I had smashed avocado with poached eggs and sour dough. Tiny piece of sour dough, strange glossy avocado slop which must have come from a tin rather than fresh, eggs were very good though. I think you could do better driving in to Louth and eating at Beaumonts or other places for a similar price of £12pp. Overall I really like the property and I have stayed a number of times. I will stay again but I would book room only or miss breakfast if included in the rate going forward. I haven’t tried evening meals but looks popular so that might be a different story.

Very nice hotel room was very clean and comfortable,staff were excellent and the meals were very good presentation excellent. Definitely be back would highly recommend.

Location was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food good. Nice selection of beers too. Room very spacious and clean. Shower pressure a bit low and took a while to heat but this was a minor problem really. Didn't detract from the overall experience.

Outside space was beautiful Rooms was way to hot with no fans. The breakfast wasn’t worth the price if you didn’t like mushrooms and black pudding you really got nothing
