Four Points by Sheraton Louisville Airport

Highly recommend! Was there to move my son into his apartment as he was starting his Jr year at University of Louisville. They let us do early check in, customers service was great, hotel smelled clean every time we walked in. Room was clean and beds were extremely comfortable. Will def be my go to hotel every time I visit my son.

Not the nicest hotel we've stayed in, but it was clean and fine for just one night for the price. The hotel's system was down, so we didn't get a keycard for the room and one of the staff had to escort us to our room and use their master key to let us in. The staff was very welcoming and apologetic of the keycard situation. Didn't use any of the amenities or eat there. Parking was fine. Room itself is dark, but everything worked. There was a weird smell in the lobby, probably from the fabuloso floor cleaner....that stuff is garbage and smells horrible.

It was nice and close to the highway to get us back on the road. Room was clean, and breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. The airport noise was pretty loud, and it was slightly weird having the person running the breakfast line sitting at the booth seating taking up a table so my group of 6 had to sit at a for top and cram.

We went to a concert at Waterfront Park And the location of the hotel was perfect. Our stay was fine but our only complaint was the commode in our bathroom was rocking everytime you sit on it.

Great job on cleanliness!! Everything was clean, wish breakfast was free but the coffee was good! Both mornings they ran out and had to fill it up numerous times. They needed two coffee warmers or regular. I’m picky about my coffee but they have had some of the best coffee I’ve had at a hotel! Thank you!
