Location, roof pool, all staff were amazingly helpful trying their best at all times to make your stay perfect. Bathroom in room 405 severely needs renovating as tiles are about to come off the wall and the plumbing looks aged.

Great location to walk Beverly Hills for shopping and restaurants. The Club is nice

They have fire alarm, electrical & elevator problems. The staff is not trained to be helpful , just apologetic. Not helpful. Our families will not be returning. Communication due to broken elevator, fire alarms & power surges

We were staying for a work trip so there were quite a few of us in town and the upstairs bar and restaurant was the only place open and they did not have enough staff working to help us get breakfast or waters
