Love the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel in a busy city. Loved the beautiful grounds

We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. Everything was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The room was cozy, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of great options. We truly enjoyed our experience and would happily stay here again on our next visit. It was a wonderful stay overall! The only minor points were the noise from the entrance gate on the side of our room, and the additional parking fee, which makes the stay a little more expensive.

Exceptional

The hotel is new, and the room was spacious and relatively quiet. The breakfast was excellent, although the options were somewhat limited. There is no elevator. * Parking is quite expensive. * We were incorrectly charged for alcohol from the minibar, even though we did not use it at all. The amount was refunded after we clarified the issue, but the situation was inconvenient and caused us unnecessary hassle.

Rooms were clean. It's a very decent property located in safer neighborhood. I loved berry yogurt for breakfast!

I had a great experience at this hotel! The customer service is always excellent—the staff is friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The rooms are consistently clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which makes every stay relaxing and enjoyable. I’ve stayed here multiple times and have always had a positive experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again!

Very friendly front desk agent made me feel right at home. The hotel is new and very comfortable rooms. Great location to be central to Hollywood.

The property was a pleasant surprise. Extremely helpful staff who went out of their way to help. Superb breakfasts—and, again, great staff at them. The only needs for improvement: (1) we had a strangely gurgling sink and plumbing system that occasionally made fairly loud sounds; (2) the gym is tiny; the parking lots have tight spaces and are challenging to navigate. Otherwise, perfect, and these issues were relatively minor.

It was very clean, and the staff were very nice. The toilet and shower were together, but the vanity was separate. Parking wasn’t free (33 US$/night ), and the room with two queen beds only had one chair.
