Well located and clean No restaurant

We reserved a room for two nights to be near the hospital for my wife’s surgery the next day it was rescheduled for day after. I asked to stay in the room an extra night but they said I had to pay a higher rate. There was no opportunity to reserve a parking spot in the garage. All were full or reserved staff just said find a spot outside. This the heart of West Hollywood and we had to park several blocks away. A clerk suggested we wait several hours for the end of parking enforcement. On first morning had coffee in the room. The coffee service was not refilled during the next two days. Not a fun experience

Location, cleanliness, staff friendliness, car park access even if a but expensive but super handy and safe and 24h complementary coffee/tea Some noise in the room the 1st nigh but staff managed to find another room

Beverly Center, eating, shopping and Cedars Sinai are all within walking distance. Staff is friendly and helpful. Do a wine and snacks event every evening.

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was exactly what the pictures showed; it was roomy and clean. Some reviews complain about the parking situation, but he had zero problems. It was easy to get in and out; it's gated, and it's easy to get back to the hotel, as it's on the ground floor. The neighborhood was nice, quiet, and felt very safe. There's a Taco Bell and Chipotle right across the street, so great for late-night hunger. If I come back to LA, I would definitely stay here again!

Exceptionally clean room, which is literally a block down the street from Cedar Sinai. We stayed there for my dad’s surgery.. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of wonderful amenities, including a happy hour in the lobby.. this is also one of the most beautifully designed hotels I’ve been at, down to the last detail. Highly recommend.!

Very nice room and premises. Parking was good option. Excellent location in LA. Some small breakfast would be nice addition though.

Nicholas was very helpful- he always went above and beyond. That was a big comfort to my family- particularly my son who was recovering from a surgery.

In general, well located close to shopping malls and different stores. Room was clean, staff was ok, the man in the night was not as kind as the women in the morning. Main problem is the parking, you need to pay 36 usd to park in the hotel, not clear if you can park in the street as the person in the front desk told us "I can not give that kind of information" - Gym is basic

The staff is so friendly and they accommodate you really well. They let me sit in the lobby while my room was getting ready and let me check in early with no fees and another time, they hold your luggage if you need to go somewhere before checkin so your not logging stuff around. And they offer discounts to individuals who are in the hospital around the corner

I like the property because it’s close where you can buy food groceries and medicine

That I was appreciated as a guest . The only negative was that I found the pillows a bit soft
