I enjoyed my stay here, I made the best of the experience with my love …I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for couples because of the small room size there is no microwave in the room, no iron or ironing board inside the rooms … 1 thing I can say is that it’s literally an upscale dorm room with beautiful ranges of color lights inside the room.. you can control everything inside the room with the iPad which is pretty cool it’s little to no room to walk around …most of the room I seen is in the lobby area downstairs lol 😂 the room was clean ..room service cleaned every day so it was great coming back to a clean room and new sheets and towels every day .. I’m not sure why they only give one washcloth but when I asked for more it was no problem but 2 washcloths should be the minimum or really 4 especially because some people use one for their face and the other for the rest of their body. My tv stopped working the second day but maintenance maybe took 15-20 min and helped me to get the remote to turn the tv back on so it was fast service when it came to the things I needed. The best other thing is this hotel does not require a 100 day deposit like the others so it was a great choice for the weekend and it’s super close walking distance to downtown to get out and walk around & the grand central market that had so many good food and shopping choices !! I would rate it a 7/10 because of the room size..no microwave ..and no ironing board otherwise it was a pretty okay experience.

Citizen M understands the new reality in travel. A comfy bed and wonderful large lobby to lounge in if we needed to linger. The breakfast was delicious and gave us the fuel that lasted the day.

This hotel was gorgeous and amazing. Everything was spot on. Great vibe!

Property was nice but my room was not fully cleaned. I moved over closer to the window and looked down and seen dust everywhere and dirty linen between the bed and the window below where they take the bed up to put new sheets and seen hair and just looked gross. Once at the bar the chips came out cold but nice service….

The rooms are small and perfect for a solo traveler. This is perfect for business. Staff is great and the property has what you need. A block away from a huge food court. This is small but it makes a world of a difference because many places do not have offer this courtesy - FREE coffee for guest!! It makes my morning.

I love staying here every chance I get. The bed is super comfortable and is just the right amount of softness and firmness. It’s perfect for me and my partner to do a quick staycation!

We bought the breakfast package and it definitely was bang of our buck. Hotel was well maintained and all the amenities were great. Staff were great and friendly.

Great safe place to stay in downtown LA. Close to train station for commutes.
