Loved the property beautiful grounds and nearby shoreline village. Only reason I didn't give them 5stars is because $7 for a cup of Joe seems ridiculous to me.

Great place to stay, beautiful grounds, right on the water..

If you like quiet and want to be away from everything or take long walks to get to something, this is for you. For me, it was not my thing. I like coming outside and being around everything; nightlife, restaurants, etc. - cost a lot from there to iconic sights like the Hollywood sign or Beverly Hills, etc. unless you get a tou, but mine canceled on the last minute.

Loved this hotel! Amazing place, amenities and staff!! Right along the water with a nice walking path!

The room I was assigned to the lotion bottle was empty and the shower gel was very low. The shower was clean but pink film around the drain was gross. There was dust along the walls which was very visible when the window shades were opened. Overall, some small issues but an inconvenience. We didn’t call front desk as we got in late into the room. I would definitely give the hotel another stay.

Poor customer service They didn’t even care about ruining my 20 year anniversary

Please please please do not book this property. I booked this property on my birthday August 21. I had an emergency in my family. I went in and IPlease please please do not book this property. I booked this property on my birthday August 21. I had a emergency in my family. I went in and I went right back out within 15 seconds. I spoke with the front desk representative by the name of Kevin, who informed me. That he would forward the information to his manager later to my knowledge I found out that the property had been bought over by another company and they’re going through changes even with that I still believed in my heart that they would refund the payment that was paid in advance for my stay. I’ve reached out to this property manager. I’ve had the third-party company reached out to this management this company as of today I am out of $1000 a school teacher that has limited income. The only reply I’ve ever had from this property was that they’re going through change of hands and that someone soon would make contact with me. The property is older, not well maintained, but even with that I would’ve thought that when a person tells a person at the front desk after checking in only for 15 seconds that they’re having a family emergency and they have to check back out on their birthday. I would’ve been a granted at least a partial refund and better yet an email or a phone call that never happened. I’ve never felt so disrespected. Shame on Maya hotel management property owner.

Our stay was excellent. The view was phenomenal. We got the water view. Only thing I would suggest is someone to walk around because there was some strong smell coming from the balcony below us. (There’s no smoking allowed). Other than that. Staff was on point at all times.

Room was amazing with a beautiful pool! Breakfast was delicious at Fuego. Most importantly the staff really goes above and beyond to ensure you are enjoying your stay.

Love the place, staff was able to put myself and other family members in rooms lined up next to each other all with views of the water. My only issue was getting hit with a $45 overnight parking fee which needs to be considered when you factor in room rates!
