I had a lovely experience with all of the staff but with Jackie in particular. She went above and beyond to make sure that I knew places to check out and that I was having a great experience. The check in and checkout process was also very easy! I would recommend and come again!

Wow. So clean. So bright. No corners were cut in this property! They thought of everything for a great stay. Loved the Vietnamese coffee with canned water and kettle in room. Not a single complaint. They’re very modern. Even with the self check-in. The manager on duty was so kind. Perfect location for the convention center. I found parking nearby that seemed sketchy but it was safe! Can’t beat this stay.

Easy access No parking, bed was really hard like sleeping on concrete

The great: Very clean, spacious rooms that are inexpensive for the area. The inner courtyard/pool area is pretty and a nice respite from the city surroundings. It is walking distance from downtown restaurants and bars. There is a ‘pantry’ in the lobby with lots of supplies and there is coffee and a kettle and mini fridge in the room. The not so good: NO PARKING. Not even street parking. When I realized this and called them they suggested Onni East Village Garage, which is 3 blocks away and costs $25 overnight with no ins and outs. That worked out luckily but it’s definitely a better hotel if you’re flying in and taking Lyft or Uber and walking. When I was there the restaurant was hosting Thursday jazz night which meant that the entire courtyard area was full of restaurant guests, even the chairs directly in front of my room. The restaurant is VERY expensive so it’s not like a typical hotel restaurant. Then the next night there was a wedding in the courtyard. This meant I literally could not leave my room without disrupting someone’s special day. I found this to be very awkward. I think the hotel and restaurant could do a better job separating the space or warning hotel guests. The lights outside the rooms stay on all night and there are no blackout curtains. I would recommend the hotel invest in black out drapes. The pool was heated so hot it was uncomfortable. Hope this helps

Great hotel! Super clean room - love the passcode access. When you stay you get a discount at the restaurant attached which was definitely worth it! Would book again :)

Very nice for the price parking was a little interesting as our check in was after hours and there is no on site parking, street parking was not the easiest to find. But our stay was enjoyable may go back just for this place love the LB area as well

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Everything was just as I hoped for, and I truly enjoyed my experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

Every thing was great, No parking

A great property, with very friendly and helpful staff, walking distance to a lot of local amenities. Parking can be a bit of struggle and the air conditioning struggled to keep up with a heat wave, but all things said it was very nice and I would absolutely go back.

Super hands-off style property which might appeal to some younger folks. Nice pool, great walkable location, good towels and excellent bathroom lighting.
