This hotel is clean and well-maintained. We had a great night’s sleep and booked it for just one night. The breakfast selection was limited but offered healthy options. Shout-out to Jacaila for being so accommodating and making our stay pleasant.

Our room, 418, was quiet and clean. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. Parking was great and close to I25 without being too close. It is kind of far from the main attrin Denver. We did have one occasion where we tried to purchase snacks around 8pm in the lobby but we couldn't ever find someone working there. Breakfast leaves a bit to be desired, the eggs were bad and the sausage was barely cooked. Very few options overall.

We got a pretty big room and big bathroom. It was clean and looked new. Open concept and modern looks!

Great breakfast! Nice room and amenities; for the price, you can’t beat it.
-
Great downtown location at a reasonable price.

Breakfast was POOR. Very limited options. Not good. But the staff was very professional, room was clean. Everything was comfortable.

The rooms were clean and located centrally, making it convenient to access various amenities.

stayed at the TRu Hotel while in Colorado for a golf trip and had a great experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and a perfect place to come back to after a full day on the golf course. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend the TRi Hotel and would stay here again on another trip to Colorado.

We’ve stayed here many times, but this might be the last. Every time we needed something from the front desk, we had to wait because no one was there. There seems to only be one person working at a time because there was always a sign on the counter that said they were away helping other guests. The night we checked in, there were 3 other people lined up waiting to check in as well. Key cards had to be replaced twice in a 3 night stay because they stopped working (another wait at the front desk each time) and the attendant that helped me stated she had a stack of cards from people that day that it had happened to. Only one elevator was working for the majority of the stay, except for Saturday night when no elevators were working. Room was clean—that would be my one plus of this stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was clean. The services were very good and the continental breakfast was delightful.
-
breakfast bar could be better. Comes up short compared to other local hotels.

Breakfast was terrible. Parking was nice
-
My only complaint is the staff and lack of communication skills (using hand gestures to request my ID), not answering questions etc. I don’t know if he spoke English but I didn’t care for that

Had multiple empty soap/shampoo in the bathroom. Housekeeping will tell you they are doing new sheets but simply make the bed and call it good, honestly 9/10 issues had to deal with house keeping directly, when the front desk man was finally able to get me new sheets it was the wrong sizes, not his fault clearly there aren’t enough clean sheets, or the organization of them is a such a mess, they cannot be located here. A/C does not have a fan only option. Only other downside was the breakfast was very limited, and the bread was stale. Small coffee cups only, and the juice cups were bathroom cups normally saved for mouth wash.

The room wasn’t bad, but there was obvious mold on the bathroom floor in front of the shower. The door must be letting water through when people shower. In addition, the floor wasn’t very clean in the bathroom, so that wasn’t very impressive. The room had no coffee maker. I don’t understand how Hilton could believe this is a good idea. The bed was comfortable, but due to this location, all we heard all night was the interstate traffic. We didn’t hear our neighbors, but we definitely heard traffic. Overall, it was okay and very conveniently located, but the rooms could use some TLC.
