The rooms were clean and well put together. Came with everything you could need to stay for as long as needed. The breakfast were good and it was a overall wonderful location and had a nice outdoor fire pit

The location was ideal, and it seemed relatively new. We enjoyed the hillside view where the sunrise was able to add some color and mystique to our mornings. That was very pleasant. The breakfast area seemed clean, and the breakfast was nice. the staff were accommodating at breakfast, and the cleaning service was also very kind too. The hotel is perfectly placed in a quiet area, and did not have the noise of the hustle and bustle from traffic. We did not like how the facilities smelled. Although they say it's a smoke free environment, it still smelled like a lingering stale smoke odor that persisted. I don't know if it's because patrons or staff who smoked outside the doors and the fumes were pulled in by the HVAC system, or if the carpet just smelled like that, or if the specific cleaner they used smelled like that. Our toilet fill valve was not working when we arrived, and I initially requested a change of rooms, but the staff momentarily pushed back on that request; they insisted to allow maintenance to come and fix it, which I was reluctant to do because I was a little upset that they pushed back on my request to have a change of rooms (we weren't even fully settled in, and our baggage was still packed), but I gave in and allowed maintenance to come in our room while my family was still there, and fix the flush valve. Not a huge deal, but I didn't appreciate the push back, specially since I had an appointment to keep, and I had to wait for almost an hour before maintenance came in our room.

The staff was amazingly helpful. They helped me recover food. I left in the refrigerator. The room was clean. The breakfast was delicious and the location was great.

Beautiful property and modern. The breakfast buffet is excellence! Beds were very comfortable. A lovely fire pit outside I didn’t get to enjoy because it was raining.😆 would definitely stay there again.

Always nice comfortable clean rooms. Wish the pillows were a little bit firmer but that just a preference. Breakfast is always on point when we have stayed.

Great place, delicious breakfast and the staff is above expectations. The only issue we had was that a staff member blasted the outside music at 6am, waking me up, and when I told her that I could hear it clearly through the window, she looked annoyed. I'm not a light sleeper. However, I think the manager addressed it, and our stay was peaceful. Beautiful view, clean throughout, well-maintained.
