Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub (hot tub looked brand new!). Overall, the facility is dated and could benefit from a makeover. Also, there is no air conditioning in the rooms, which is normally not a problem in New Hampshire, but our weather was warm and humid at night.

We had a wonderful stay at the Blue Gentian Inn! The property is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere made us feel right at home. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the area. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Blue Gentian Inn to anyone looking for a charming and comfortable getaway!

If you need air conditioning, it may be a challenge if the weather is hot. The fan in the room was satisfactory to us. We couldn't use the pool as it rained for our stay, but its location in full mountain view is ideal. All rooms have a mountain view.

Good location for a quiet place. This is an okay summer stop. No AC on a hot June day was hard as well as it was very buggy inside the windowsills. I realize it is more of a rustic, true Vermont lodge idea just wanted people to be aware. I am sure in the fall and winter when it is busier it is a completely different location.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable and it was a quiet spot. The breakfast in the morning was just enough to fuel me for the day ahead along with great coffee. The only downside was the room tv was the size of a small computer screen.

Very clean accommodations and a very kind and friendly host in Lisa. Nice breakfasts prepared by Lisa in a cozy dining and living room area. We really appreciated the hot tub at the end of a day after a long hike. Great location on the ski hill. The beds themselves need to be updated as they are saggy in the middle and rather uncomfortable.

We love vintage and didn’t mind carrying our suitcase up one flight of stairs. The bed was ultra comfortable.
