Lititz Pointe Inn and Suites

One detail I absolutely loved was the black face rag with “makeup” embroidered on it — such a smart, thoughtful touch that shows how much they pay attention to guests’ needs. If I’m ever in Lititz again, this is exactly where I’ll stay. I’ll be recommending this hotel and this lovely town to all my family and friends. Thank you for making my visit unforgettable.

Super convenient spot. Well kept up and taff was very responsive. Nice to have refrigerator and coffee in the room. Also access to supplies like extra shampoo, body wash. Etc as needed.

The property was clean and quiet, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The contactless check-in was easy and convenient, and communication was great. We really enjoyed our stay!

A very nice and clean hotel with spacious rooms and good amount of in room amenities. There isn’t a front desk with a staff. Guest register online and given a key code to enter the hotel and the room. Assistance or questions are handled through text or calls. Text response was almost immediate and very courteous and informative. Great location if you’re planning to see a concert at mickey’s black box. Convenient and free parking.

Clean property. Quiet location.

Very unique contactless lodging setup. If you like being left alone in a quiet environment, this is the place for you. It's never crowded. Parking is perfect. The guest laundry is superb and detergent and other necessities are provided. My only complaint was that the power outlet near the kitchen sink did not work. However, I was easily able to relocate the microwave and coffee maker to a side table on the other side of the suite where there was an outlet that *did* work. In the end, it was not a real problem.

The rooms and entire interior of the building was very clean. Cleaning staff was very nice.

The room was very comfortable including the bed. I slept better than expected. It was nice to have a refrigerator (including a freezer) in the room. It was nice and quiet and clean. The location was convenient. I didn't realize it was an unstaffed facility. I messaged earlier in the day when I realized that it was a second-floor room without an elevator and I am currently using a cane. A return message said they would try to move me to a first-floor room but when I got there and called the number for assistance, I was told that there were none available.

I was hesitant since it was an unmanned hotel. It was so easy and it was spotless. The room was a lot nicer than I expected. Everything smelled so new. It was a very enjoyable stay.
