InnSeason Pollard Brook is our favorite place to stay in NH. The condos are clean and well stocked with bedding, towels and kitchen stuff. The location is amazing - super close to so many fun things like hiking trails, the Pemi River, Clark’s Bears, Whale’s Tail water park, Loon, etc and not too far from Story Land (about 45 min). My kids absolutely love the indoor and outdoor pools/hot tubs.

The room was big, and exactly as listed. Good price. Several small issues. Cable box in one room didn’t work. 3 out of 5 soap dispensers didn’t work. Shower in the master suite had a leak and sprayed water all over the bathroom, wetting a large area. Doors and windows missing hardware. We liked the room enough that those things didn’t matter as much as they may seem issues though!

We had so much fun, great customer service and my kids had so much fun. The hot tubs and pools were awesome, the hotel staff was excellent and we found great swimming holes, and food within range! Definitely will be back next year! We had a blast!!

We absolutely loved our stay at InnSeason Resorts in New Hampshire! The hotel is very clean, and our room was super comfortable and cozy. All of the facilities were well maintained and spotless, and the pool was really nice and enjoyable. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again

Excellent stay. No problems whatsoever, staff was amazing, property was immaculate inside room and on the grounds. Pools and hot tubs very clean. Definitely returning next year with a longer stay. A very sincere thank you to Lyric at the front desk. She was so helpful in every way possible helping our stay to be unforgettable. She was working alone but maintained a positive attitude while helping guests at her counter. She is a valuable employee to have. Thank you InnSeason

Great property for families. Lots of activities for kids. Only complaint was no in room safe. Great location

All Seasons is listed as a 3 star resort, and it is not. The place was clean, and sheets and towels were good. The fan in the bathroom rattled, and the screen for the slider was ripped. The couch and chairs were worn, as was the dads.

This is our 2nd stay here. We got a 3 bedroom condo. The room was clean and spacious. The Murphy bed was on the uncomfortable side. They had a list of activities that you do need to sign up for I believe. They also provide a binder with information for local restaurants, bars etc. Would stay here again

When I turned on the water, it just kept draining. The drain cap wouldn't stay down. A maintenance person was offered but as I planned to leave in an hour that didn’t work. I asked to speak to a manager about a price adjustment but one wasn’t on site. I tried calling the hotel but couldn’t reach a human.
