Super 8 by Wyndham Lincoln North

The room was humid and cooled with a window air conditioner in a hole in the wall. The bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way and the knob didn’t fit in the hole cut for it. I did feel like the room and linens were clean.

When you first arrive the first impression is not very good the outside of the property is nasty with trash and not well kept. The desk clerk upon arrival not friendly I can’t believe by 2pm you have no rooms available we had a wedding and just needed to change clothes the clerk was not helpful at all. When we did arrive later a different clerk was friendly and the room was clean and nicer then we expected. Breakfast left a lot to be desired pretty much coffee and yogurt.

Location Some broken down vehicles in parking lot made it appear sketchy But we had no issues

It was quiet. Please keep freezers defrosted and usable. I had to switch rooms to get a partially usable freezer in my room. Had trouble with TV remotes making it impossible to change channels. No coffee pot in room.

Room was under supplied. Only had 1 plastic cup, empty Kleenex box in holder, no extra toilet paper in the room

There was few dirty towls that were left in the shower when i checked in tv remotes didn't work.

Breakfast was bad. Didn’t feel very safe there

Very nice staff. Clean rooms. Cold ac. There is a lot of parking.

Management unavailable Do not stay here at any price, period

Our room was only accessible via steps and the lady offered a different room that was fewer steps. We ended up canceling our stay because there wasn't an elevator. No elevator. I wish the site mentioned that most rooms are only accessible by way of stairs.

At check-in and checkout the staff was great. Our room was dirty. There was trash under the bed and in the desk drawer. The microwave was filthy. There were handprints on the mirrors, windows, and walls. I don’t know what was all over the tv screen and fridge but the place clearly wasn’t cleaned. There was toothpaste on the bathroom counter and the shower wasn’t clean. I had to ask the assistant manager (who wasn’t great at all!) at 11:30pm for a bottle of cleaner and a rag. He barely said five words to me and never even apologized. It honestly looked like all they did was change sheets and added some new towels. Won’t go back.

TV wasn't working, but the front desk came right away and got it working

Beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. Room was clean, but had an unusual odor for a non-smoking room. Only complaint was that during our 4 night stay, housekeeping never came. Beds were not straightened, bathroom not cleaned, and garbage cans not emptied. But the nice lady at the desk did get us some clean towels. 😀

The guy at the front desk was not welcoming at all. Went in to ask was a room available from a long 8hr drive. He said no. Online said 6 rooms available. I went back to my car book online and returned back into the hotel 20 minutes later and the guy looked at me crazy after I told him I have an online reservation. All he asked for was my reservation number my ID and gave me my room keys.

Price was right though.

Air conditioning was very noisy. Good location.
