Broken locks on both doors in room. Door to patio had no lock. Wrong tv remote in room. Stains on bedding. Stains wash cloths. Glass doors coming in were filthy. Had to sign my life away at check in.

Everything exceeded our expectation, everything was smooth from check in, paying, staff was very knowledgeable, room was exceedingly clean and quiet. Check in went very smoothly. We also like that there was a built-in restaurant into the hotel along with a pool. The huge Plus for me and my wife was the walk-in shower. Overall the hotel gives off a very luxurious place to stay for a decent price. Would definitely recommend people stay here. The only thing that is a minor annoyance, would be that the toilet slightly wobble side to side a little bit, making it feel like it wasn't sturdy or stable when using it.

The decor was great. The lady working the front desk was amazing and even when she was walking into work and we were on our way in too, she was offering to help. I wish I had gotten her name to call her out and compliment her. The bathroom doors are sliding and not private. The amenities like the coffee may as well have been non existent in the rooms. Breakfast started at 7am, so we couldn't partake. Pool room gates are jenky and games are less functional than they look when booking.

Rooms were very nice. Pool area was very nice. Exterior was terrible and I wouldn't have chosen
-
I know you’re under renovation, but the outside landscaping needs to be updated
-
Had restaurant bar pool facility with gaming for kids Good size bathrooms Outside could use a little freshening up
-
Comfortable bed Location, grounds were unkept on the exterior. Inside decor was too dark. Tv volume didn’t work.

Room was very dark and didn't feel overly clean. Grounds need some maintenance throughout property. Breakfast is cheap. Avoid if you can , well overpriced.

Clean and cute the restaurant is AMAZING it is beautiful and the staff there is THE BEST! The cook and the waitress were both very nice and the food tasted SO good! the prices are very good. the hotel is cute and comfy with an expensive feel but it’s budget friendly. Huge breakfast that is complementary which is enough alone to make it a better choice than anything in its price range. The pool is a perfect temperature and super cute!

The hotel was a bit horse- and whisky-themed, one of the reasons we picked it for a one-night stopover (we were in Lexington because our kids love horses, thus visiting the KY Horse Park). The rooms were relatively recently renovated: nice, modern and in good shape. The check-in and check-out was easy. Parking was all around, almost like a motel - you can basically park in from of your room but there are only some secured entrances and exits in the different wings of the hotel. Its location is a bit off in terms of the city of Lexington and things you can do in the region but right next to a highway, thus easy to reach and good for what we needed. We had dinner and breakfast outside, thus I cannot comment on bar or restaurant. The hotel is not fancy but very decent with a central yard to hang out and a hall with an indoor pool and many games (for which you have to pay extra, except for the pool). Our kids loved to use the pool but the smell of the chlorine was really strong and it takes a while to get used to it. They shape of the hotel is really a bit odd and we were two families with rooms in different wings, thus we had to walk a bit to reach each other and it takes a while to get used to the buildings shape and figure out the quickest ways. If you want to do more in downtown Lexington, you might pick a place closer to downtown as there was quite some traffic into the city.

Very clean and cozy. I liked everything , no complaints.

The bathrooms were updated and nice the food at the restaurant was outstanding. This property was superb in its heyday. It was not well kept. The hallways, landscaping, and common areas were not well kept. The lighting in the rooms were make shift.

Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Restaurant/bar food was excellent & staff was excellent. Chef/Manager (Louisianna native) was superior. Grounds are not being maintained in Wyndham fashion. Room was nasty (urine on back of toilet, dust on headboard, toothpaste on bathroom vanity counter, mirror not clean, coffee stain on wall, pencil mark above toilet). Grass wasn't mowed. Grass/weeds growing up through sidewalks. Dead bushes at front entrance, trash and debris around rear entrance and parking lots. The condition of the facility had significantly deteriorated since our previous visit the first week of July.

Beds were comfortable. Convient restaurant/bar

Room was nice, location was great. Easy check in and out process and exercise room was nice. Hotel pool and arcade were great. Hotel restaurant left a bit too be desired. Food was extremely over cooked and under seasoned. Ordered the Barrel Roll dessert, was so over done couldn't even cut through the bottom of the cinnamon roll and ice cream was as much freezer burn as it was ice cream. For premium prices better was expected. Hotel free breakfast wasn't the greatest but it also was fine, very middle of the road. The waffles were best part as everything else was frozen or packaged made. Never was able to get on the wifi.

I was stung by a Hornet in the background and they didnt help me at all. Their first aid kit was empty. The staff found a Hornet nest and told me they will get pest control to have a look at it as they haven't done it yet. Would like to get compensated for the Hornet bite. Ill retain counsele.
