avid hotel Lexington - Hamburg Area by IHG

Poor first impression by a front desk attendant who seemed bothered to check me in. She did not ask if I was a rewards member- which I am. Very short and dismissive. I am not sure why this experience was different than the group who checked in just after me. She was treating them very different- noting amenities and asking if they needed anything to let her know. Perhaps she knew them? But a couple hours later, I visited the lobby for a hot tea and saw a new guest enter and was greeted warmly, asked if they were a rewards member and very kindly walked through the check in process. I moved to the Hilton brands through work recently and have had a different experience. Perhaps, I should stay there.

Very clean and new hotel. Very safe area and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and good coffee.

The hotel is clean and very well situated, everything was near by like restaurants, supermarkets, shopping malls etc. The staff are friendly and polite. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was not as good as past times when we were served breakfast sandwiches. Coffee was great, the orange juice was not fit to drink, watery.

Clean room felt safe. Quiet and comfortable. Parking great.

Other than that, I love this hotel.

This was the perfect hotel for our trip to Lexington! Clean, comfortable room, quiet, excellent coffee! Jocelyn at checkout was amazing and made my day!

Great value, clean well maintained property. Plenty of seating in common areas . Modern comfortable clean room. We'll lit. Plenty of storage and hooks. Strong shower. USB for devices, strong wifi signal.

Nothing good or bad

Location, bedding, heat and air controls.

The staff is always exceptional and the rooms are always very clean!

The hotel was clean and staff were great. There are no fans or microwaves in the rooms.

The room was fine, but very small. No fan in bathroom, so when you have to take care of things, your roommate is aware. The breakfast was not great, so if you are traveling with kids, you may need to supplement. There was not enough hot items for the amount of hotel guests.

Everything is good with competitive price.

We would definitely stay again.
