The location, decor, shower, amenities (loved the iron and ironing board in room). Also loved that windows actually opened a bit. The breakfast was meh. Glad i only got it once. Hard to pull off a buffet that impresses.

There was an AC in the room which felt like heaven on earth during the heatwave. The beds were very comfortable.

So convenient for Leeds station. The hotel is stunning and the breakfast was exceptional. Would definitely return. Nothing

Location next to the Train Station Room clean Breakfast was just 'ok' - not specially considering the money Room cramped Shower weak and tiny / difficult to get in and out of Cramped foyer overrun with peeps - not big enough to relax No draught beer in the bar - 'out' and not sure when we'll get more in!!!!

Nothing not to like

Room was big, so was the bed and the TV. Lovely view of the square. Excellent staff at reception The bed was a bit too hard for my liking. Shower door was broken, so they upgraded me to a different room.
-
The only good thing in the hotel is the location Housekeeping is very bad. Every day I should inform the front desk despite of hanging the lable on the door. Housekeeping isn't working after 3pm which isn't mentioned in the reservation confirmation. I have to tell them to clean the room and make up my bed

Convenient location near the train station. They were very kind to store our luggage while we visited our daughter at the university before leaving Leeds. N/A

Lovely hotel literally 'at' the station with its own entrance/exit on the station concourse. The hotel was clean and welcoming and the staff were lovely. Nothing

Good large hotel by Leeds station, good rooms and a great location. Excellent bars and restaurant (Indian). Busy area - but that is also a plus depending how you feel!
