For the price I would have expected to have amenities such as coffee offered in the lobby. The pool is closed and no options for dinner. the option for breakfast was a POS Starbucks in the lobby. Our room was fine but I would definitely look at other options before booking again.

Room was good. Clean. Staff, especially girl with blue hair was very unprofessional, dressed unprofessional, not willing to answer kindly. If a he was on her cellphone, she made you wait. Not fit for the job in our opinion. Also we wanted to use Dartmouth hitchcock "Rest Easy " program and because I booked through booking.com, they don't offer it. i was p'd that I wasn't given 30% discount. I should've been given that discount. Pool was not available, apparently it's been down for some time.

It was a clean place to stay for the 11 hours we were there. We were 2 elderly sisters and my daughter. Immediately upon arriving, the sofa bed was not made up, nor could we open it. Had to call the front desk to have someone open it. The toilet was way too low for elderly guests, and there were no grab bars to help them up, which made it quite difficult. The pillow was absolutely non-supportive. Other than that .... the stay was fine. We did not have breakfast or anything since we had to be elsewhere early.

There were no clean towels offered until requested after several days. There was a parking fee which was not disclosed when making reservation. Due to emergency no time to make reservation through optional channels. Thus, the Rest Easy option for reduced rate was denied due to third party booking. Not offered a receipt at checkout for the same reason. Under different circumstances I would have changed hotels. For future stays I will seriously consider that.

Would not stay at this hotel again for that reason alone .

Also they could only give us one key when we needed two, but that was because they were transitioning to a new system. Otherwise it was good.

The front desk staff were terrible. They need a refresher course on customer service immediately. My sister and I were shocked. I stay in many hotels and could not believe the service we received. Thankfully there are several hotels in the area so I will use a different one going forward.

Nice looking rooms great staff

Room was comfortable and clean. All was good other than the interactions with the lady managing the Bistro. She was cold and brusque! Coffee supplies were not replenished though we stayed for two nights.

The pool was closed and there was no coffee or breakfast available in the morning. Otherwise we loved our stay, and the hotel is nice and clean and the beds are very comfortable.

Stay was okay. Was surprised to get charged for WiFi.

For a specific price because it does fluctuates...the most convenient accomodation to hospital and food options

I should have been able to get the rest easy rate because my husband was having a procedure at Dartmouth but when I called the hotel desk the week before I was told I couldn't get that. As a result I booked through Hotel.com

Exceptional

The staff was great. The room was great, the restaurant was supposed to be open Saturday night and wasn’t which was inconvenient. Also, the TV in the room had less than stellar resolution, and the remote was a little dicey. Small inconveniences but wanted mention!
