The property bathroom at pool was disgustingly. Was charged an additional 20.28 for a resort fee after the fact.

Room wasn't clean when we arrived (there was a used washcloth hanging on the shower rod). It took 24 hours for the room to cool down to 76 degrees (was about 85 when we arrived), the room wasn't stocked with enough towels or shampoo/conditioner/lotion for our party size, and there was only one bar of soap between the sink and shower (no shower gel). They offered a cot so our teenage sons wouldn't have to share a bed but never brought it to the room. The saving grace was the pool, which was huge, lively, fun, and the poolside bar was reasonably priced with good food and drinks. Maybe we got the last available room on a busy weekend.

AC doesn't work right. Did not cool properly and too much humidity in the room. Everything felt wet. Had several soccer families there and all had AC cooling issues.

Everything about this hotel was nice. The only thing I would say is that the tv's need to be updated to smart tv's. The balconies could use so pressure washer cleaning of some sort. Other than that, awesome hotel

The a/c did not work throughout the entire property. They didnt turn it on until after dark.

The AC wasn’t cooling. This wasn’t relayed at all during check-in.

The property is showing its age and needs some TLC and maintenance. I still highly recommend it and will stay again.

Exceptional

This is my in town getaway place. I’ve been coming here since 2011 and they haven’t let me down yet. Beautiful property friendly staff and right near the Kemah Boardwalk

Excellent

Overall a beautiful place to stay! We enjoyed all of the amenities and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our only issue was the plumbing we had to move to another room and the plumbing didn’t work that great in there either. Staff was keeping us up to date seemed to be an issue throughout the resort.

Our arrival and check in was very easy - The front desk staff were pleasant and polite. We had a nice room with patio and view of the large marina. We utilized the dining and the large swimming pool and the swim up bar. Had a very relaxing and enjoyable time. Will certainly return when back in the area.

The room that i got was facing the marina it was am amazing view, very quiet place.

This was a great place to stay. I recommend it if I visit the Houston area again I most definitely will stay here.
