Food was barely adequate

Speaking of staff, they were fantastic. Every single person we asked for directions or information was patient, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. That kind of service made a real difference in our experience. Definitely planning to come back. Recommended!

Always fun at the Riverside. Toilet kept running off and on all night which we didn't discover until after midnight when we got back to the room. Facilities had gone home by then so we just dealt with it. Otherwise all was great.

If you want a balcony, make sure you ask for a real balcony and prepare to clean it. Otherwise, I would stay here again.

Room was dated but on the cleaner side. Bathroom needed work.

Clean room! Hard to find the pool or the fitness center. Maybe signs or instructions upon arrival would have been helpful.

We never got fresh towels or coffee refills. We did not ask for that but I thought that would be automatic. Having a $5 dollar price on the bottles of water was kind of ridiculous. I guess we are supposed to make our coffee with bathroom water

We had a great stay! The hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everything was well maintained, and we really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!
