Definitely will stay again this place was clean & fun at the same time

Everything from check in to check out was perfect. Nice size clean rooms and several pools to choose from.

(2) Rooms are clean; linens and towels are in good condition; (3) The tableware is little dirty especially the spoons have yellow stains. Just a reminder for travelers, it doesn't have daily housekeeping service.

Great view, central location, clean room, plenty of towels, nice furniture and appliances, spacious, highly recommend.

The reason why I'm giving this a 4 star instead of a 5 is lack of kitchen supplies. It literally just had 4 plates and 4 cups, 1 pan and 1 pot. Considering that this is a full kitchen unit, it needs to be more equipped for kitchen use. Pools closing at 5pm is also a minus even though I knew that when I booked and no BBQ area. But if your not planning on using any of that then its a perfect place. The view was nice, lazy river was a walk from 3rd tower to MGM but at least they have inside tunnels so you can walk through the hotel and not in the heat so that's a plus.

The stay was amazing. The room and the view was amazing. The only thing I had an issue with was since we booked thru third party the hotel was unable to help up was anything like late check out. Upgrade to higher floor. But would recommend the room we stayed in 10 times outta 10. Absolutely loved it!

In the new room, there appeared to be blood-like stains on the sofa bed. Since Housekeeping only worked until 5:00 PM, the sheets could not be changed that evening, and as a result, two of us could not sleep comfortably. The following day, the sheets were not replaced until after 12:00 PM, which forced us to remain at the hotel and wait for most of the day. Overall, this experience was very disappointing and caused significant inconvenience during our stay.

Extended balcony was beautiful.

The Signature at MGM is a great place to stay in Las Vegas! Our room was very clean, and the balcony offered a beautiful view. The staff was incredibly friendly and gave us the freedom to relax and enjoy the resort. Everything was easy to navigate, with plenty of things to do and convenient access to the casino. There were also lots of bars and places nearby to grab a drink. This is my second time staying here- first time was in 2024 and I will be returning to this hotel again in the future! that’s not deserve you, but through a third-party or a private party experience is a little different. Typically the house will tell you that a lot of the accommodations don’t come with this booking.

This is a great location. Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. Gym is nice Easy walk to the MGM Grand and strip definitely recommend this especially if you have kids lazy river is awesome. One of my favorite places to stay in Vegas very affordable.

Clean and very kind staff !

Great hotel, great location, great room. The parking situation is really bad. It's valet parking only, and it was very confusing and frustrating. I got there on Friday afternoon, very busy, it took me about an hour to be able to leave my car, and check in. After the check in, everything was amazing. I will definitely go back there.

It was an excellent room, even better than we thought it would be.

Very clean and the lazy river was a great experience for the family. A bit crowded since it’s shared with MGM and three towers.

If you want a late check out I would just ask in advance because they might have someone else Checking in same day so if you have a late flight just ask ahead . Everything else was wonderful
