1. There are very pushy and aggressive people in the lobby, waiting to pounce on guest as they come in and out of the entrance exit doors to try and get them to go to timeshare events for the properties. This almost turned me and my wife away after the second day of being cornered and unable to get the personnel to realize no means no. 2. Waking up to extremely loud base and music every morning at 8 AM exactly when you were on vacation is not ideal. The pool parties from the adjacent property are great during the afternoon and evening. But during the day, especially in the morning, waking up to loud music at 8 AM is not ideal for any Property?. We did, however, love- LOVE!! our room.

Everything was very clean and the staff was helpful.

Great staff , clean property , free parking. Enjoyed our stay.

The check in for the room did not go well. The girl who checked us in was very rude and not helpful? I thought I heard she was new. Also they try and get you to go see a time share presentation and can be a little aggressive . The bathroom had some hairs in the sink, the floor felt liked it hadn’t been cleaned in some time , wear shower shoes when walking on the floor, the pillows were deflated and should of been replaced a long time ago. Most of the people at the hotel were nice and helpful and the location was perfect, you could walk to most attractions or take the monorail or bus which is close by. We walked to the Sphere from the hotel, it took probably 15-20 minutes . Overall it was pretty good considering the price and location. 9/10

Excellent stay! Highly recommend! Will stay again!

Property was very clean and room looked nice and updated. It was comfortable. Only complaint would be that you can hear the music from the pool a little. The music started pretty early so if you are a light sleeper that might wake you up.

Front desk was very helpful

It’s a nice property however if you’re not interested in timeshare be prepared to be verbally harassed by their salespeople, the rooms are nice but the TVs only cast to your personal apps for a hour at a time, they have DVDs instead which was not very o

Great stay! The room was spacious and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

We love the room and the location of the hotel. They checked in us earlier, so appreciate it. I was worried about the noise from the pool, but it wasn’t that loud as many said. Maybe that because we had a room in the 8th floor. Nothing

Had a great time in Las Vegas! The hotel was perfect and in a great location. Staff was helpful and friendly! Free parking was a big benefit!

The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel entrance was not impressive. It felt like we entered through a back alley. Then we came into the lobby where we were greeted nicely but it wasn't the front desk. Then we had to go down to another area and wait in line where one front desk person was dealing with an angry customer and the other front desk person was planning out the itinerary for another customer. Waited in line for 10 minutes to check in at 8pm and I was the first person in the queue. When we checked in the staff confirmed our telephone and email by announcing it out loud for everyone within hearing distance to gear. For safety, it would be better to show us the information and ask if correct. I provided feedback and he accepted graciously. But this would be a good customer service habit to initiate in training. Also, we didn't appreciate the extra marketing (time shares). We had a long day of travel and we just wanted to check in. Last, when booking, it would have appreciated to inform people (before booking) of daily pool party from noon to 6pm. I should have been warned before booking and since i wasn't, I think I should have been granted some sort of discount.

I think it was the best fit for my family, i think the staff could have been more helpful with respect to letting me know my options for late checkout , which i would have inquire very early in advance before my holiday ended.

Surprisingly good value and space for a family. Booked again before we had even left. Great option.

Staff very helpful. The room was large and well appointed. Next to the Linq complex and monorail station. Covered parking across street The loud DJ music from the Flamingo pool from 8 am to 6pm… no napping possible. Very little shaded pool options at their pool and very expensive flamingo pool options

The hotel and amenities were fantastic. The sales people were way too pushy about buying a time share there. I felt ambushed while on vacation. It was super annoying. Other than that everything was great!
