Ellis Island Hotel

Hot Tub needed some attention. Staff was friendly. Restaurant food was very good. Area was OK.

Loved how everything was convenient for us. Multiple restaurants in one. Casino right next door.

The room was ok except the AC was loud and so was the bathroom fan , the third floor was very quiet and that was nice. The front desk staff were all very professional and polite I give them an A+, I felt very safe going in and out at any hour, I would stay there again .

Very convenient. The food places are great, the bar has karaoke, clean rooms. Has an interesting smell in the halls that wasn’t pleasant.

Great place to stay in Vegas, not too far from the strip but be very careful as I never received my security deposit when i checked in. I was told that it was refunded and should receive after 5-10 business days. I am still waiting. I visited end of June 2026.

Nothing. Very average hotel! They didn’t have a freaking microwave!!! What kind of hotel/ even motel doesn’t have a microwave??!! Very bad service staff too. When the guy was informing me about the no microwave situation, he said it like it’s normal to not have microwave!!!

Ellis island is my go-to......I love the easy parking, easy walk to the room....restaurant always has great food..I was there with family...2 rooms....we were put very close together.... my grand baby is nearly 2 years old,,, it was great to have a fridge in the room,,, she has special diet food, so we have to bring it with us...i felt safe to take her out to go for a walk. Staff was amazing, informative, kind....accomidating... No complaints

No breakfast included it. There should be a central coffee location downstairs, no not in the casino. The room coffee is not good.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Las Vegas! From the moment I arrived, everything was great. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, and I really appreciated how clean and organized everything was. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. They made me feel welcomed and were always willing to help whenever I had a question or needed anything. The location was also perfect for a Las Vegas trip. It was convenient for getting around and close to many of the attractions, restaurants, entertainment, and things to do in the area. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Las Vegas, and I would happily stay here again on my next trip!
