Dirty room 1960s ac in a sketchy area. Bathroom door didn’t shut and front door frame was pushed out

This property is old and not the greatest. A get her done type place. Feels a bit sketchy. Front desk gal was kind. Was told there would be some breakfast snacks, but they never appeared.

The staff was kind considering we showed up at midnight. They checked us in quickly knowing we were tired. The room was clean and looked recently remodeled.

The person checking in was terrible. I completed your preregistration but when I got to the property I was told they had no record nor did they have my reservation. I was told that I probably had the wrong hotel. The traffic was roaring by & the window was open in the lobby & it was extremely hot & so it was very hard to hear the person & she got very irritated when I told her that I couldn’t hear her. She then asked for my credit card info that I had already provided in the preregistration & charged $1.00. I then told my companion that I better not get charged twice; to which she very angrily replied, don’t worry, you won’t get double charged! No thank you was mentioned. There was no tissue paper, the sink handle was broken, & the drain in the tub was clogged so the water rose in the tub while taking a shower.

This location is always a good and safe place to stop and rest after those mountains. In a good way, Eeca, always thankful to quality staff and lodging while on the road. Mercies to the travelers and the Angels who help. 🫰🚬☀️ The room was quiet, guests quiet and respectful, quality sleep.

There was bug on the bed. The fan in the bathroom didn't work and the water pressure in the shower was real bad. The TV in one of the room didn't work but once it was brought up to the office it got fixed.

Smell really bad in the entry way to pay for your stay office stunk bad. My husband dentures were lost in the room and no one found them

The property was a little run down. I felt like I was waking up the staff at the desk.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the right amount of pillows. The only thing I could find fault with is the continental breakfast. It literally had white bread, small greasy muffins, but the star of the show were the packets of instant oatmeal. Unfortunately, the hot water was cold so required microwaving.

Center ally located, plenty of parking I got no housekeeping. I asked for weekly service, got none.

Management here was just getting the property up to par, but they were nice and provided an extra blanket when requested.
