Days Inn by Wyndham Las Cruces

The place was clean and not too run down, but I had to request a coffee machine, which they gave me only when I asked because they have a problem with them disappearing. They were very nice about it, however. They were a bit stingy with amenities in the room. One bar of soap and one mini conditioning shampoo only. Although there was a shower bath there was no drain plug, And the tub would fill with water when you took a shower and was draining very slowly!

WE had no made service we hade to go to the office to get fresh towels. We weren't on made schedule. Service sucked

Bed bugs, no breakfast. Won't be going back.

The staff is very kind and helpful but the bed had every stain known to man, blood, yellow mystery, grey mystery, etc. and so did the towels. I slept in pants and a hoodie over my head on top of the comforter. The shower handle was not fully functional, it worked well enough but it’s always leaking. There was an alarming amount of homeless activity in the parking lot off and on. I saw a half naked meth head scamper by while smiling at me, a truck full of scrap came ripping through at 35 mph around 3am, I couldn’t sleep so I stepped outside, if I hadn’t idk they might have tried to break into cars. The tap water smells weird. The coffee was surprisingly good but I was scared to have anything else because if that’s the standard in the rooms, I’m terrified of the standard in the kitchen. 1/5 only bc the staff was nice but a horrible place to stay.

Well, there were beds, and a mini fridge, and hot water, the A/C was powerful, and breakfast was free…all positives that mostly helped me to forget the disgusting, rusty shower, the stained sheets and pillowcases, and the lock on the door that barely functioned. The front desk person was lovely and she handled people’s concerns quickly and effectively. Overall, I got what I paid for and my car wasn’t broken into, so I call it a win. Honestly, a little TLC and investment into some minor upgrades (some new sheets and towels please) would really make a huge difference.

I didn’t feel like the property was well taken care of. I think the location of the hotel is not the best either. But I had no issues during my stay and breakfast was decent.

I want to preface by saying this isn't a bad place! It's over-all clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower pressure was amazing. Those things are really the only thing that matters. However, the amenities are not there in the room like free bottles of shampoo or conditioner. I couldn't wash my hair because I didn't know I needed to bring my own shampoo. I would say that this is a motel vs. hotel. You drive up to the room vs within a building. I prefer a building vs easy access as a single woman. I can't speak for the breakfast because I didn't go. You won't be disappointed if you go with this information.

The only bright spot about this place was Lucy, the front desk clerk, who was the only one to provide assistance. In my opinion, she went above and beyond where other staff placated us with little to no effort to solve issues. We ended up checking out a day earlier due to the lack of decent A/C, dreary/dingy room, broken faucet in shower, lack of breakfast items, and overall staff attitudes, except for Lucy. My advice would be to keep on driving rather than spend your money here.

At first glance, it was basic but nice. However, we only stayed a night and left the next morning. We could not stay connected to the Internet. We could have lived with that. But the shower was barely lukewarm. When we awoke the next morning, everything felt damp. There were gnats buzzing. I killed 25 and gave up after that. I had a really bad headache and just wanted to get out of there. I rarely give poor reviews, but I wish I had read the reviews before booking. Lesson learned.
