Very clean hotel, comfortable beds and the friendliest staff, such a cool and unique property. Abe at the front desk was exceptionally nice and made checking in extremely pleasant.

Would definitely recommend, looks amazing and is very well kept. My only issue is the fact you aren't told they don't clean the rooms daily or bring fresh towels without asking. But I would still return for another stay.

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary it was a bucket list for her. The rooms were clean and thr atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

I adore this place. It is so unique and I always try to go for this place when I’m in the area. The indoor pool is amazing. The 3rd floor adult only is amazing. I can’t say anything bad about this place. It is so worth the trip!!

Beautiful hotel! Very clean with nice added touches (cookies in the lobby and ice water and lemonade in the afternoon and coffee in the morning). My granddaughter loved feeding all the ducks. Don’t forget to buy duck food in the hotel gift shop!

The stay was fantastic..Breakfast was mediocre. Very nostalgic..You get the feeling you were on the boat.

The hotel was so quaint and enjoyable. The steamboat theme was throughout the hotel and rooms, in a very tasteful way. My kids thought it was “extremely fancy.” The outdoor space, the pond, fire pit and playground were great, but the friendly staff was what really set this apart. 5/5!!!

Very nice place to stay! We loved the location since it was close to so many restaurants, businesses/stores, and the Sight and Sound Theater. The Fulton Steamboat was classy, clean, and such a cute hotel! We will definitely stay here again!

This hotel is such a wonderful destination stay!!! It is so unique and lovely. This by far has been one of my most favorite places to stay . Everything was wonderful from the staff to the rooms. An absolute must if staying in Lancaster.

Unique place, real feeling of Time Machine. Well organized, pleasant atmosphere, design and small details. Very close to interesting spots.
