AC Hotel by Marriott Portland Lake Oswego

Excellent location. Attractive, well maintained hotel. Very good parking. Rooms are modern and nice, overall. I recommend this hotel of you are staying in the southwest Portland metro-area.

The staff member on duty when we checked in wrote the wrong room number on our key card causing a delay in checking into our room until after 11pm and creating a potentially dangerous encounter with the guests that were already in their room that we were incorrectly assigned to. A free breakfast hardly offsets the inconvenience our whole party (3 rooms) experienced. You wouldnt expect this type of amateur professionalism from a hotel bearing the Marriott logo!

Free parking but did have to pay extra for breakfast.

The hotel was very clean I can’t complain about the room the pool very clean. But customer service in the front was terrible. They charged me something on my credit card.this is time I’m not sure why they was charging me.I called like three times trying to resolve my problem I never received a call back from the manager they never resulted my problem. My credit card has to handle the problem. If I visit the hotel again no I’m not.

The lights were somewhat difficult to operate as well but overall, we had a very nice stay. Staff was very helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, with beautiful modern decor that gave the whole place a fresh and comfortable feel.

I told him there was no request from me. I was not using the safe and it looked open to me. There was no apology for the intrusion.

There were some questionable cleaning elements but everything was dealt with in a quick and respectable way. We enjoyed the pool!

Saturday night's bartender was kind and knowledgeable. Made an espresso martini that was fire. Highly recommend for the posh rooms and cleanliness

Very clean and comfortable bed and linens. The air conditioner sounded like a jet engine.

This was one of the best hotels on our vacation. Everything was clean indoor /outdoor pool was nice. Only downfall was hot tub not running during our stay. The hotel was located in a nice quiet neighborhood! Would stay again!

The staff was very nice and tried to be helpful.

Could hear the folks in the next room speaking in normal conversational volume.

The room wasn't clean. The bathtub was clogged and we had to wait to use until the plumber came and fixed it. The room wasn't ready but they gave it to us I guess. Make sure the room is clean when you get in it.
