Very old outdated...smell really bad in the hallways lobby and in the rooms..room wasn't really cleaned still had open beer cans in the freezer and terrible smell...would not fo back to this resort

Appears to have great potential if it were well maintained better and more things to do. Website shows more bars, and lake front things to do. None were available.

The room had spiders in it. One fell on us. There was food and ants on the floor, so it clearly had not been cleaned properly. The air conditioning was set to 65 and would not go below 76. There were stains on the floor. Our window faced a maintenance area with trash cans, and two employees were outside smoking. I reported all of it to the front desk within the hour. To their credit, the agent was helpful. She looked at the photos, agreed the room was not acceptable, and told me to email them in and a full refund would be processed. That was the last response I got. I sent the email that morning and two follow-ups since. More than a week later, the resort has not answered a single one. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company. This property advertises itself as a luxury resort. It is not one.

Our trip was terrible thanks to this hotel. Pool wasn’t cleaned at all. Inside pool had a lot of cloro we were intoxicated. The water park was closed and the lake was terrible, water was gross and it was not cleaned at all. Elevator was not working either. Everything was terrible exept for the people that cleaned.

No coffee cups or other necessities with the kitchen, when asked, they said no frills with third party bookings The front staff understood basic English and asked if we spoke Spanish? Pillows and washroom are horrible

Room clean but area rundown

Room was very spacious and clean EXCEPT FOR BLACK MOLD on bottom grout of shower tub. Building needed pressure cleaning and fresh coat of paint. Breakfast was nice treat, limited options but good overall. Lots of potential and would stay next year depending on overall progress made in sprucing up the place.

If you are looking to star in your own horror movie this is the place for you! This place looks and feels completely deserted. Everything about the place is falsely advertised. There is literally nothing on the property. It was an extremely awful experience I wouldn’t wish on my worse enemy. To begin the rooms were disgusting. I got the two bedroom for space and because it had a full kitchen. The “air conditioning” was held together by duct tape and a dream. The kitchen had nothing no cups, pans, silverware nothing we had to literally buy everything it was such a waste. There was no one to speak to or get help from. There is nothing on the “resort”. No restaurant and no water park it clearly has been shut down for a while. The rooms and hallways were disgusting. We stayed on the third floor and the elevator was broken so had to use stairs. No information given at check in about anything. The outdoor pool was creepy and gross so much so not a single person used it. The lake is not close and has no parking. The entire place smelled of mildew and cigarette smoke. To add to the feelings of being unsafe the rooms have windows that go out into the hall and all the blinds are damaged so people walking by can see into your room. I couldn’t sleep due to this. The place and parking lot looks straight out of an post apocalyptic movie. All doors are open so anyone can get in at anytime. The biggest issue is you pay all this money expecting the beautiful resort on the website and pictures

Breakfast needs to be way better. Front desk staff needs to be more attentive. Called front and maintenance for over an hour and no one answered the phone. Maintenance with the jacuzzis and hot tubs need to be better. The jets in the jacuzzi in my room was not working and housekeeping nor front desk ever answered when I called with the issue. Other than that, the stay was ok.

Check out This place is horrible...pics are deceiving...indoor Waterpark not open...swim pool that were open looked scary...the movie theater was just sad...seat were all nasty I didn't want to sit in them...bowling alley was old...pool tables only one was usable out of six...now to the hotel it self...restaurant was closed down the snack shop was okay but nothing worth buying...the elevators didn't work...hotel smelled very bad...our room was dirty...stains in the carpet walls and a/c vent was full of dust...a/c didn't really work so we're had to open window...no wash clothes...no dish soap to wash dishes...dishwasher or refrigerator didn't work...it was one of the worst places I've ever stayed...spend most of my time out of the hotel which was sad because trip was to relax and getaway and we definitely couldn't relax at this place!!!!
