WoodSpring Suites Lake Charles

I love it!

We paid for a double queen and received a room with a full size bed. When we confronted the front desk he said ALL their rooms had full size beds and there were no other rooms available. The parking lot was not even 1/2 full. The room was not clean.

The wifi is not working in the room but its working in the lobby and in floors.

Bathroom door lock was broken No blanket just bed sheet No shampoo or soap Smelled really bad Toilet was not working Bad experience

Nothing The lights went out every 30 mins-1 hour during my stay so I was up and down all day and night. My trash was not emptied during my stay. I had to request new towels each day. There were no pots, dishes, plates, flatware or paper towels in the room.

I asked for an accessible room and that is not what I received, the floor was very slippery and there was no handicap bars in the bathroom and a small low toilet that was hanging d to use. I won’t be booking another room there again, and the bed was very small for a room that was booked for 1 double bed for two people.

If you want a coffee maker you have to buy one! We had one small bar of soap. No king size bed. Only one light blanket. I could go on but you get the idea.

Nothing I didn't like anything 30 minutes before I arrived from Dallas TX. I received a call saying my room wasn't available due to overlooking and have a good day. I was floored. Very unprofessional. No apology or anything. I will never book a room here again.

When i got to the room it was dirty bed was not made food was still in the fridge rotten bananas where on the counter before I checked in it said the bed was queen size nope it was a full size bed smh so they switched the room to a supposed clean room nope the room was even more dirty than the first room very bad experience

I didn’t like any Very disgusting place, bad smell, uncomfortable beds, looks very trash as you walk in

Curtain blind broken no one care. Refrigerator old dirty, no ice trays. Elevator broke all the time.

Great staff they are friendly and assist with what ever problem you may have

We were contacted by phone when we were 10 minutes from Lake Charles saying that they had overbooked and therefore we did not have a room!

Upon arrival, I stood at the checkout counter for 20 min while the desk clerk finish his phone call on his personal device. After checking in, I went up to my room. First thing I noticed was food still on the counter tops, floors smelled of sour water, and bed was not properly made. I asked for another room and was granted to look into getting another room. Upon initial inspection, same scene appeared. I then asked for a refund due the unsatisfactory conditions. The desk clerk stated a refund will go back on the credit card used. I have still yet to recieve that refund. This visit to this location was not my first time, but defenitaly my last. I would not reccomend this location or this Hotels.com site to book at this location again.

This hotel by no means is what the internet says i booked a double bec they gave me 1 bed it was not until i went back downstairs they gave me a new room and the room they gabe me was dirty... this hotel is so nasty Dirty room nasty

Didn't stay front desk called and canceled my reservation at the last minute after I was already in Louisiana.

Nothing DONT overbook your rooms!!! We traveled from a different state, got 2 hours from this hotel and they call us to cancel our reservations due to being overbooked which caused us to scramble for a different hotel! Unprofessional and caused undue stress.

I didn't get a room because it was given away. And the clerk said Expedia only gave them a phone # of 111)111-1111, so they couldn't call me. I want a refund!!!
