I never stay on the hotel i cancel my booking same firs hour when I arrive but never send my refund im really mad forthis situacion

Room was very clean, air worked fantastic, front office was very polite

Reasonable price. The parking.

Room had a cracked sink, very hard to find a parking spot (was told there were no spots by the room to park, everyone gets to park anywhere they can find a spot), king size bed looked like a short queen. It is also right off the highway by the Lake Charles Bridge. Lots of traffic at peak times.

The breakfast was poor

DISGUSTING. blood on nightstand. Smells of molt. Stained sheets & comforters. Worse place to stay ever. It’s not even worth the last resort…. Lucky if you don’t leave with bedbugs or a disease

Parking wasn't the best but okay and safe

Tub had rusty water leaking into it from the wall and sitting at the bottom.

It was quiet it was nice it was cool and I'm planning on staying over there again tonight

Clean room, staff,

At least the room was somewhat clean but the sheets were dirty when I got into it. Terrible surroundings, staff doesn’t care. Horrible conditions for parking and all around lack of safety.

Getting in and out of the property is very hard and narrow, and not enough parking space.

Original room was musky upon entering, shower wouldn't drain completely. The main issue was the door was not auto locking so you could just push it open. There was also a bullet whole in our window which was not comforting.
