The guest cleans own rooms bc they said housekeeps only changed linen only every 14 days if you stayed that long. Towels , face rags my fiancee had to chase them down trash bags and tissue paper some gain without any problems some is like they were given their own

The staff and location Needs a pool

They ddnt have towels and the receptionist gave me a hard time because she said it was after 10p

It is okay. They need to provide more toiletries, soap and shampoo etc.

Blinds in my room would not go down and when I went to the front desk to mention it nobody was there. When I called to mention it the phone kept disconnecting as soon as I asked to speak with someone. Myself and someone else also was staying for multiple nights but was only allowed 2 sets of towels for both days.

It smelled so bad I couldn’t even stay for 5 minutes.

N/A. I made a reservation so one night and they canceled my reservation and never gave my money back

Nothing because I was stuck in a different state with no where to go because the system was down and no one could be check in ...It's was 9pm I was riding around wasting gas and time..

It was quiet at times The staff was completely disrespectful and rude and did not inform me of charges that we're still pending, then told the owner I did not want to pay. So they blocked me from renting due to their mistakes. The beds have bed bugs and fleas. In house keeping does not clean the room, they only clean what you can see.
