There were limited luggage carts for such a large hotel (2). Had to wait about 15 min. for a cart. Also, sink in rm. 113 was very slow draining.

A little outdated, but everything was clean. Breakfast was a good variety each day. We had an issue with our toilet, but they came up and fixed it.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The ease of check-in/out was so convenient. The breakfast was hot and delicious with a variety of food choices. The location was in a safe, quiet part of town that was close to great places to eat and shop. We will return on our next visit to Lafayette. No complaints!

Breakfast had the usual, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, fruit. Rooms were clean, shower needs new chalking. Staff friendly and gave us dining tips. Could walk to restaurants and shops at the main corner. Pillows were fluffy.

Only stayed 1 night. Arrived very late due to flight issues. Courteous service provided by front desk.

Lobby was busy when we got there, late at night, but everything was clean. We were greeted and checked in very quickly. Rooms are a bit dated. Mold around shampoo/soap fixtures in shower, and wallpaper peeling.
