The front desk staff Anaya was nice and very polite. She was understanding and did what she could to correct the situation. She is a keeper. The cleaning lady had her baby with her. Always concerned with the child's safety. Will not repeat my visit to this location.

The staff was very welcoming & helpful but overall they were very unprepared for the amount of people staying for a large event. Many days breakfast was not out in time ir they ran out. Management told us that all they had to provide was omelets & the additions meat & potatoes was optional on them. The pool 1st day we went was not enjoyable as it reeked so bad of chlorine I sneezed the entire time & had burning eyes. Our microwave in the room did not work & housekeeping came in even when we had posted not to. They had a shortage of towels & pillows the entire time. For the price, I would stay again with managed expectations.

The breakfast was not the best because they was out of pancakes the first morning and didn't have any biscuits and gravy but all in all it was OK The worst thing about the hole stay was the pool closed at 8pm! I actually picked this hotel because of the nice little inside pool but once checked in and all that next morning the pool was packed allday long... Im all for kids having fun but why should a pool close at anytime for adults? But at 8pm is just rediclous,, so we was unable to use the pool at all and was very disappointed in choosing to stay here for two nights with poor breakfast each morning and pool full allday long with 6 to 10 kids jumping and yelling the hole time and then actually closing the pool so early..! I really don't understand how adults can't enjoy the pool at anytime and it would make it easier for everyone to get a chance to use the pool.. Anyway this stay was not my favorite but not the worst nether.. Thx

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, and the breakfast was good. The kids loved the indoor pool, that was the main reason we booked City Express. Would definitely recommend and be coming again. Wouldve been nice to have some options of meds to purchase like benadryl, ibuprofen, aspirin but not complaining at all. Really enjoyed our stay.

Looked on the newer side still smelled like paint. They double charged me for room. When I called they told me I would get a refund. Got charged again. Called again was waiting 20 minutes before anyone picked up and was told they couldn’t do anything to call back the next day and talk to a manager.

I didn't have a good stay. no hot water at one point, breakfast was a nightmare and property says they have a hot tub when they don't.

No hot tub, door to room had crowbar marks on it from a forced entry, bathroom had caked on residue and the sink had old toothpaste; breakfast was terrible! Don’t eat the breakfast unless you want cereal and milk!!

Completely renovated, very well done, but the odor in the room was not good. Not sure if it was coming from the a/c or maybe glues or dyes, it will give you a headache. May need some time to air out.

Used soap in tub and iron did not work. When asked for another was told no extra irons

I was very disappointed that this location was closed due to damages. Instead of reaching out and notifying me they didn’t. They say if my reservation I got to the location just to find they were closed and I was not able to get my rewards back that I used towards the room.

Overall real good . . . however, I didn’t like the waffle iron non-stick conditioner (chemicals) given to use instead of real natural oil spray, so I did not get waffles which I love. Don’t understand why Marriot uses chemical conditioner instead of real oil spray.
