Sheraton La Jolla Hotel

Nice place but dated

We like the staff very nice and we like the court yards of the natures surounded.

Accommodation for our requests was met immediately and without hesitation. Will be staying here again.

It was great until my last night, the power somehow was disconnected and I had no way to charge my phone and to make matters worse the battery in the smoke alarm was worn out and beeped every 30 seconds for 6 hours and I had an early flight to catch and had to try to pack my stuff in the dark

The grounds were lovely with the coy pond and deck chairs set up as an invitation to sit and enjoy a cup of morning coffee or an evening relaxation. There should've been at least a free bottle or two of water in the room at least to make coffee, if nothing else and the parking charge was higher than at other properties in the La Jolla area.

Older but well maintained property. Very convenient access to the beach but also nice pool option. Walkable to some shops and food. The kitchenette was a great bonus to the room. Would definitely stay again.

hotel was outdated and did not give the same energy as the photos. Checked in and immediately wanted to check out. Left early morning day 2.

Only stayed one night for sleep

Perfect location for visiting San Diego/La Jolla/UC San Diego area. Staff friendly and professional, rooms were great!

Very nice pool and staff.

This hotel is in a very convenient area close to a freeway and many food and shopping areas. The property has beautiful outside leisure areas and very secure remote access parking lot (parking is $30 a day though sadly). My only complaint is that the morning after the 1st night we arrived there were ants all over our bathroom (AND I’M ALLERGIC!), but we told the front desk and they switched us to a new room immediately. Very nice beds, nice updated shower, TV is easy to use, convenient couch in the room, and beautiful view into the outside area.

Great location for a hotel. Nearby Whole Foods and CVS within walking distance. Great coffee spot nearby, Bird Rock Coffee Roasters.

Proximity, pool Very humid in room. Not the weather, though. A/C worked great, but bed was very humid, felt wet.

Superb

Staff was great. We got back to the hotel late and I had to put my sleeping toddler to bed. The new sheets that were put on the bed had a red stain on it. We had to cover it with a towel just so we could use the bed. Couldn't call to get it immedately changed because having someone come in would wake my son.

I communicated to the hotel by the messaging and no response. It is a pet friendly hotel, yet I was charged for my pet.

Lovely stay
