The location is not bad Our toilet clogged. So I called the front desk they told me come down here and get a plunger. Last time I’m staying here.

Really liked that it was indoor rooms and very clean and kept up to date The only issue was I almost slipped coming out of my rooms to the outside due to people come in from the indoor pool it was very slick

The Location was WONDERFUL, right outside the hustle of downtown Pigeon Forge, Easy Parking too! Didn't like the fact that you accept pets and they were EVERYWHERE! Barking as I checked in on 1st floor. We got assigned a 3rd floor and they were barking non-stop up there. Came down to be moved to another floor, was told somehow the staff earlier in the day assigned them to wrong floor. We got moved to 4th floor, all good, but NOT good. When we were getting ready for bed we noticed the ceiling leaking water. A constant drip. Put a trash can over in area but then it was making a clicking water noise ALL night. Had to stuff a towel in trashcan to block sound! Was not a good night's sleep at all.

24/7 outdoor pool , free breakfast with plenty of different options , clean facilities, nice location, friendly staff , plenty of parking available. I liked the property and plan on staying again with family.

We felt that our over all experience was good. The hole was clean and everything worked. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The grounds were well kept. We did use the outdoor pool and it was clean and nice. We liked the fact that they provide towels for the pool area also. We traveled with our dog and where ha happy that they had two dog stations with bags and a can for the bags. The breakfast was good especially since it's included with the room.the only issue we had was the mattress in our room was somewhat wore but I've definitely had worse. We would definitely stay again if in the area and would recommend it.

Good price for a good hotel in a good location. It’s just a few miles to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Smokies. Food on this part of town is far enough away that you’re paying regular prices and not tourist prices. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit.
