The room was very clean and bed was comfortable! The breakfast staff was friendly and the breakfast area was very clean, food was fresh and tasty!

The unit for refrigerator what a big chunk of wood out of it and the bathrooms ink was cracked - but did not leak

It was convenient to food. When I went into the room I smelled soap and underneath that a strong musty smell. When I got into the bath to soak, at the seam there was black mold. If you only took a shower you would not have seen it.

15min drive to downtown Knoxville, within walking distance to restaurants, 5min drive to shopping and the mall. Great complimentary breakfast and very quiet in general Bed was pretty hard
