Quality Inn & Suites Kissimmee near Main Gate

I loved my stay at this quality inn hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful! I needed a playpen and the worker came and set the whole thing up! The room was clean . The bed was extremely comfortable! Loved the breakfast! Was a great start to a day at Disney world! Was close to lots of gift shops and fast food! Would love to stay again!

Great value. Good enough breakfast with a good selection. Rooms were remodeled but some parts of the room are still noticeably older

My recommendation of this particular property is such: ONLY IF YOU’RE IN NEED OF LODGING FOR 1 NIGHT, and one night only; nothing more. The own site laundry facility is not up-to-date as far as the payment method. It still uses the coin method and not the debit card or credit card method.; the breakfast was not up to par. It was so so, not a lot to offer for a continental breakfast; had better. The AC unit in the room that I was staying in only cooled the room; when it came to heating the room, it never did. The water pressure in the sink was very weak; the shower curtain didn’t go all the way down into the tub, therefore causing a wet mess upon showering. The door to the bathroom was horrible. The wood had swollen so horribly until we could not fully close the bathroom door.; up on opening and closing the bathroom door, it squeaked really badly, therefore waking up any other party that was in the room.

Room was dirty, the carpet was sticky, hair in the bathtub, mold, the towels dirty. Do not come. Stay away. The smell of mold was terrible. Fortunately I had to stay only one night

The pictures make it look much better than it is. We had a fine stay with no large issues, but there were a lot of dead bugs on the floor near the corners. Also, when we checked into our room the door was already open when we arrived late at night which is a safety concern for us.

The free shuttle to the Disney and universal resorts was nice to have. However the return time of the shuttle was inconvenient as it required leaving the park one hour before it actually closes so you’d miss the fireworks and extra stuff that you would otherwise experience. We have to book return taxis on our expense.

The breakfast was a plus. And I really liked the location in relation to shopping and food. The property has some age but it was clean and convenient for me I would definitely stay there again.

Yes, your 3rd part shuttle that takes you to the Parks are rude and late

The rooms where kinda dirty the rugs felt really dirty and the breakfast wasn’t that good

El hotel si es cómodo, las camas si me parecieron un poco pequeñas, me hubiera gustado que el desayuno sea más variado ya que todos los días era el mismo desayuno, la atención del personal siempre fue amable.
