Legacy Vacation Resorts - Kissimmee/Orlando

The room was clean, but the resort fee was over $100 for amenities that weren’t even available. They didn’t have any golf balls for the mini-golf, and the poolside bar was never open. The website claimed there were laundry facilities on-site, but they were located 20 minutes away at another location. Or, there was the arcade, which was an additional charge on top of the resort fee. To top it off, we could hear everything in the room next door because there was a connecting door. And to make matters worse, they left their dog in there all day, barking incessantly. The location was convenient, with many restaurants nearby.

I have stayed at this resort and it is nice. I forgot if they had balconies and patios on the first floor. I tired to call before I booked but no one answered. I booked anyways and unfortunately none of the suites had them. That was my fault and will remember next time. What I was surprised that they don't provide wash cloths anymore. Never seen any hotel or resort not to provide something to wash with. The pool and hot tub was nice across the street. The sink in our bathroom had rust just need to update that. While there's no phone in the room, when you call front desk it takes a while for them to answer. Room was nice size and clean. Bed and ceiling fan made some noise but if you cut the fan on low it was okay but need to be tightened or replace. It seemed like it would fall soon.

Customer Service The rooms were old, the rooms were extremely small, the one bedroom was like a very small studio room, bathtub was elevated and had to climb in. We didn’t use it. Small ants were in the bathroom. You could hear next door conversations very clearly.

It was very Nice with a pleasant environment. But was upset with the broke microwave. But staff on top of it all and moved us to bigger and better accomodations.

It was my husband and I Anniversary and when I say it was a vibe it was.. we will be back in October and also for our Next Anniversary.. Thank You Nicol and Shandkul I might spelled her name wrong I apologize but they were amazing kind patient young ladies..

The property has aged. The staff is wonderful and make it a legacy stay great vibes and very accommodating! I will stay again! I just hope they get lobby finished and give my sweet check in lady a well deserved raise she was absolutely the sweetest person I have ever met to everyone in the lobby what a great experience bc of her I will return… but if I find out legacy does not give her a raise on my next visit I will never return bc you don’t find employees like her you just don’t what a sweet angel!!!!

Staff was super nice and helpful our condo was very clean. the only thing that i can even say anything remotely negative about was that the bar at the pool behind the checking office was out of stock of most of the mixed drink liquors. and the ground on the other side of the street where we stayed needed a bit of a facelift. but those things really didnt impact our vacation at all. This was our second time staying there and we will stay there again. Great pricing!!!!

El personal en el lobby muy atentos, pero el hotel le falta mucho mantenimiento y el cuarto las tuberías tapadas y cucarachas por donde quiera. Muy lamentable por que cogi un cuarto y al llegar me querían dar otro y tuve que pagar mas a pesar de el error del cuarto no fue mio. Triste no lo recomiendo

I really don’t know who is writing good reviews about this property? Because it’s in desperate need of refurbishing and it’s dirty. Would not stay here again nor would I want anyone to stay there. Still trying to get my money back. Terrible experience

The smell and the A/C was disgusting . A/C wasn’t even working properly. The room was still hot. Checking in was really hard because we came in late and they only do a self check in which is stupid cause anyone coming in can come in any time of the day.
