I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would like to share some feedback that I hope will be helpful to the management and staff. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the beautiful view and, especially, the veranda. The veranda is a lovely space where guests can sit, relax and enjoy the surrounding nature. The view is truly beautiful, and I could see myself spending a lot of time there. However, I noticed that there were quite a few spider webs around the veranda, including on the railings and other areas where guests sit and spend time. There were also some small insects around the area. Unfortunately, because of the amount of spider webs, I was not able to enjoy the veranda as much as I had hoped. I understand that a hotel located close to nature will naturally have insects and spiders, and I also understand that it is not realistic to expect the area to remain completely free of them. However, I believe that including the veranda, railings and surrounding areas in the daily cleaning routine could make a significant difference. Regular removal of the webs, together with consistent cleaning and maintenance, would likely help reduce the problem considerably over time. I am mentioning this as constructive feedback because I genuinely enjoyed the location and the view. In fact, the veranda was one of the features that attracted me to this hotel in the first place. With a little more attention to this area, I believe the experience could be even better for future guests. Apart from this issue, everything else was very good. The staff were polite, respectful, attentive and welcoming. I appreciated the way the team treated guests and how willing they were to assist when needed. I have also worked in the hotel industry myself, so I understand that maintaining a property, especially one surrounded by nature, is not always easy. I know that housekeeping and maintenance teams have many responsibilities and that some issues cannot be eliminated completely.

Great location right on the waterfront and access to restaurants and shops. I don’t always like paying for parking, but I get it. Would also like a little more variety with the buffet breakfast.

Great location Air conditioning was really really loud and we had to turn it off

Everything Their was a small issue with a double charge on the security deposit but the manager was kind enough to help me and reasured me itcwill be resolved. Their was a problem with electrical on one side of the room. Light, tv and coffee machine thaks to the quick respons of the maintenance staff all was resolved quickly. Some family members where jalouse of my stay and booked a long week-end escape to your hotel for next weekend.

Close to Ferry and restaurants View was not what we order. Online pics are very misleading. You can hear other rooms in the bathroom. Called front desk numerous time with no one picking up. Value of money for hotel was terrible. Will never go back to this hotel.

was put on the bottom floor rehab room. Housekeeping dirty water pail and mop sat in the hallway by our room from when we arrived..overnight..still there next morning along beside a used dirty plate and fork and used wine bottles.Discusting.....will never book there again. Don't go !!
