Good location, very quiet area. Room was adequate, seemed clean. Hot breakfast (waffles) was good. Surprised there was no orange juice, only apple or cranberry.

The feeding ducks gave the little ones something to do while loading and unloading.

The room was clean, smelled good. Staff super friendly. Breakfast was awful. Eggs dry, breakfast could had been better.

Excellent location. Beds were great. Clean room. Nice breakfast.

It’s was bugs in my room

We did not use the amenities as we only stayed one night. It was clean but the room had a strong bleach smell which ended up giving us a headache. Clean and safe, though.

Rooms smell of mold/mildew. Staff, paricularly Jordan, was unprofessional, and unhelpful. If 0 stars were an option, Id have done so.

After leaving, I contacted Expedia to request a refund, but unfortunately my issue was not resolved. I also noticed an attempted charge on my Mastercard after I had left the hotel, which I disputed with my card issuer because I did not believe it was authorized. Overall, this experience did not meet my expectations, and I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

The beds was a little hard.

I was in the area doing some property maintenance on family property and I finished my work. I returned to the hotel and my room during housekeeping activities (housekeeping workers were in the main hallway) and placed a DO NOT DISTURB card on my door. This was so I could take a quick shower and then go back out to do some sightseeing. When I came out of my room to leave, I took the DND card off the door fully expecting housekeeping service since the work had not progressed past my door. However, when I returned later in the day I found that they skipped my room completely. This was disappointing because I like to come back to a clean and tidied up room, especially when its suppose to a premium property & I needed a towel changeout at least!

It took me an hour to check in. I made reservations through expedia which I do almost always and when I went to check in he told me expedia had used an addtional third party and the card info showing was not my info so he could not check me in and he couldn't call anyone himself. After 45 minutes of finally getting someone on the phone that I could understand they were finally able to get in contact with the hotel and get it straight. So i'm not sure if my complaint is with expedia or comfort honestly ha

The parking lot was well lit- receptionist was friendly and thorough and quick. It smelt nice the floors look great and I was overall very happy. I can’t say I didn’t like anything

Staff was friendly. Everyone was helpful. Room was big enough and clean. Everything was fully stocked. I enjoyed my stay. Y'all kill me with the taxes. Price was fair for the room.

Floor was dirty (feet were black after walking on it). The nightstand had visible dirt on it as well. Other than that it was your basic motel. Also, the front desk first put us in an occupied room.
