Pier House Resort & Spa

Best Hotel in the Key West. Room was very clean, best staff services. Beautiful beach view and breakfast was delicious. My husband and I love this place. 💯 recommend.

Beautiful stay we love coming here and making it a tradition only thing I wish is they would renovate to update i know it's an old resort but a little update would do alot with the rooms

Clean room, amazing beds, cold AC, great beach and bar. Location can’t be beat. Can’t wait to come stay in season!

We absolutely loved Pier House! The staff was wonderful, the outside bar and the Chart room were our favorite hang outs, and the private beach was absolutely amazing! The beds are not super comfortable and the walls are quite thin, so we did hear our loud neighbors one night, but I still give this place 5 stars, and we will definitely be staying there again!

i liked the bar near the private beach, the food and drinks were good. i had delicious filet mignon for dinner, for breakfast which was included i had the spectacular lobster benedict, soooo delicious. i’ll stay here again, it’s right on Duval street, walking distance to the bars and shops and boating trips, jet ski rentals

This property is in great location if you don't mind paying $40 a day for parking along with the various other fees.

The equipment is very long. The cleaning is not very good.

We were treated with complete attention to any of our requests and questions. We typically select a resort with at least a guest laundry, if no in-room washer/dryer, but the laundry service was efficient and reasonably priced. The daily refreshing of linens was nice--seems like that has to be requested at many resorts now or is only after a few nights. They did a good job keeping the sargassum out of the Pier House swimming area and off the beach. Several of the ice machines didn't work, minor inconvenience. We would absolutely stay there again.

Exceptional

We loved our stay! Within walking distance to so much, the grounds felt tropical and the private beach was a definite plus. Good food and drink options too.

Great stay great location

Great location and staff!

This place was great! The rooms are dated and don't have smart TVs, so you can't catch up on anything streaming at night, but the private beach and pool area make up for it! Everyone was very nice. I'll say we brought our 7 year old and he was one of maybe 5 children there so it's not very child friendly but he had a great time.

Enjoyable stay, would recommend!

Everything!!! I loved all the restaurants and bars at the hotel. I did not have a car by choice. I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go. The location was excellent. The front desk staff were great as all the others I was in contact with for the 4 days I was there. I am looking forward to next year!!! I loved it all!!

Rooms were clean. Gardens beautiful. Staff was helpful and smiled!

Such a gem! Spa, beach, pool bar, views, location…made our trip very special, will return!
