Duval House

Staff are all very kind, included breakfast was great, and resort was quaint and well kept. We will stay here again.

What an amazing experience. The Duval house is the perfect quiet respite from the wacky fun times of Key West!

The location was perfect on Duval Street. Our room was toward the back of the property so we did not hear any traffic noise. The property had a gate with a code that was locked at night. If you have issues with stairs, make sure you request a ground level room. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our one issue was resolved within minutes. The included continental breakfast had a good selection; waffles with fresh fruit were made to order. Our room was clean & the AC worked great. The only drawback to our room was the bathroom. Although very clean & well stocked with essentials, it was overly warm. Luckily, right outside the bathroom was a big mirror with an outlet for my hair dryer right under it. I would definitely stay at the Duval House again.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is quite central for old town Key West. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was a bit warm even with the ac going.

Great place I would stay there again. It was just very small and I am more of a privacy person so I would’ve preferred better window and door coverings.

Love it here. Beautiful grounds, lots of places to sit and read or talk, pool area is nice. Breakfast is good but I don’t need the staff “serving” me by making the waffles and toasting my bread. Just leave it as a buffet. Everyone here is friendly and helpful and it’s in a great location. For being right on Duval it’s not the least bit noisy or disturbing.

Parking was a bit tight. You are good if you are parking a small vehicle; however, trying to park an SUV or truck was very difficult. Overall, I would stay here again.

Clean room with a porch.

Place was great if you’re only looking for a simple place to stay at! Very simple and clean. Free breakfast is included in the stay and the rooms were very clean! Only downside is that the small cabana will have a pretty small shower! So, beware if you’re traveling with someone who’s tall or a little wide. Also, parking is not free! You pay about 30 dollars a night…so that’s my only complaint. Really wish parking was free since we already paid a good amount for staying at the property. Only complaint is no free parking and the tiny shower if you’re staying in the small cabana.
